Totally unprofessional and poorly responsive.
I applied for a parking spot and was told they would send me the contract soon. I have been waiting for about a month despite sending many reminders. After all this time, they finally assure me they would send the contract by mid next week...only to inform me 3 days later that the parking spot was no longer available.
