I have always loved this restaurant and granted, we are still dealing with COVID, but the quality has really slipped. Tonight my rice was total mush and the rice wrapping on the spring roll was so dried out at the ends, I couldn t chew it. I asked for part of the order to wait to cook until I was ready to leave and they brought it all out at once. Hoping things get back to normal soon.
The food was great! However My boyfriend went in paid for it at 3:48 and was still waiting to get the bubble tea we paid for. It has been over 22 minutes since the waiter had said our order was ready through text message and none of the staff has fixed the situation or even apologized. I am very dissatisfied with the service. Over 6 people went in and out with their orders that were complete. I have been going here for 10 years almost and I love the food and the vibe. However the service over the last couple of years has just gotten worst and worst.
Really good food! They were really busy when we got there and we had three different waiters but we didn't wait long at all and it was all very seamless, our order came out quickly and correctly. I had a fresh young coconut too. They even have a vegan menu!
(Although we did have a funny interaction when they did mishear us when we tried to ask if the peanut sauce had fish sauce in it, as in was it vegan - guy thought he heard "is fish sauce vegan" to which he, as politely as he could, told us no haha. )
Very good Vietnamese food. May need to wait a bit for order to be ready, but worth it.
Amazing Pho, stir fried egg noodles and fried rice.. everything on their menu is tasty, our go to restaurant for comfort food on a rainy day.
Waited 10 min past text message saying your order is ready. Received my order and was like a 3/4 portion of noodles and soup plus no extra basil. 35 min for a pho. Usually great. Time to head back to my old place
We always get a solid meal at Pho T&N. The people are friendly and helpful and the food is quite good. If you ever want to try Vietnamese coffee, they will be very helpful and show you everything.
This dinner visit my wife had Stir Fry Rice Noodles with chicken and was very happy. I was in the mood for soup, but instead of getting Pho, I got their Seafood Noodle Soup, which was full of seafood and very tasty. We would both order these again, but there is so much else that is good on the menu we will probably try something different next time.
an awesome restaurant run by awesome people. joe and his siblings do a great job creating a warm and friendly environment. the best egg rolls ans bubble teas in town!
Super-tasty! Perfect birthday takeout. Definitely coming back for more. Even my picky kids and husband loved it. Pho, garlic chicken wings, egg noodles with pork, and special fried rice...all were excellent.
Ate here for the first time tonight and was very pleased! Our waitress was pleasant and friendly in her interactions will all customers (not just us). Their COVID precautions were spot-on. I could see glimpses of the staff working in the kitchen and prep areas; everyone was fully masked up and many wore gloves too. There was a steady stream of takeout orders being processed during our meal, which is a sign of just how popular this place is. We each got a vermicelli bowl and they were delicious! We will be back for sure.
