If we needed any assistance trying to navigate our way around the website, they were happy to help. They are prompt with communication and kept me updated throughout the entire process as to where we were within our order and postage.

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars, waste of 80$ and i wont even get my moneys worth, I ordered my school jumper in december, we were told we would get them at the start of april, then at the end of april, then start of may, and now not for another 2 weeks..... by the time i get my jumper ill hardly get to wear it at school. Disappointing. We just want answers!!! im sick of looking like a year 11.

High quality clothing, efficient process and timely deliver of the clothing. The colours appear better on the actual clothes than the pictures on the website. Only annoyance is, the colour scheme is very limited for the hoodies and rugby jerseys. The basic colours are covered but more variation would be better.

This was not the first time Ive ordered uniforms for my Netball Club but it was by far the best experience. I had an idea of the look I wanted and the design staff at Reform worked back and forth until that became a reality.
The ordering section made sure that everyone had the right order, even to sending out samples to make sure we had the correct sizes for everyone.
The quality of the product is beyond anything I was hoping for. This is top level workmanship. The base jumper is fantastic and the stitching on all the logos is excellent. The colours are bright and eye catching.

This is Absolutely Ridiculous. I've been waiting for these Jackets to arrive for too long. Every time I ask about the jackets i'm told they have been delayed. Just embarrassing. The Jackets are over a month past their original 'delivery' date. A call was made last week and we were told that they are still in China and haven't even been shipped yet. I believe that my classmates and i deserve some type of compensation.
Quite a nice garment compared to all the other companies out there. Really good quality, though I do recommend if you have to base it off of the measurements on their site, go up a size.

As a year group coordinator, I ordered senior jumpers for my cohort from Reform Clothing. I was very impressed with this company from start to finish of the process. Their communication via phone and email was always very prompt and they ensured that the design and ordering process was as easy as can be. The ability for students to create their own purchases and pay online made it a lot easier for me as I didn't have to collect payments, sizes etc. At the end I just checked that all details were correct and submitted our order for production. And although we were told that the production of the jumpers would take 8 weeks, it actually only took 5.5 weeks for them to arrive. The quality is fantastic as well.
Extremely bad service they obviously don't know how to use their emails didn't reply to our class coordinator for 4 weeks! My class will now be lucky to get year twelve jumpers before the start of next year.

Bought a hoodie love material, pattern on it looks fantastic was delivered within bout 2 weeks and I wasn't home on delivery they didn't just leave on door step they took to local post office for collection very happy with service.

Just some feedback i have been waiting for my year 12 jersey for a long time now around 11 weeks when it is 8 week production, and there was a delay with their shipping, which we were not notified about until last minute. The company should've told us about the delay eariler and now we have to wait another week when they are already overdue.
Wow! I can't even begin to describe what a wonderful experience we had using Reform to create the MGGS 2019 Year 12 hoodies. My contact, Jenny Stevens, made the process so easy and stress-free; and was there for every single question or query, no matter how small. She also managed to get our hoodies delivered by our original delivery date - even though we experienced a payment delay on our end. I firmly believe this would not have been possible elsewhere! I also had the pleasure of meeting one of the designers, Layla, during the initial design consultation. She came out to our school, showed us the kind of materials and jumpers on offer, and helped us choose a design that would best fit our cohort. Horrible customer service! after they won't allow just a singular addition to an order due to not financial problems to pay by the deadline, even though we are able to now. They can't even help after saying on their website they can help with your order before 28 days and it has not been 28 days. Very frustrated and disappointed with this company.
