Horrible customer service! after they won't allow ...

Horrible customer service! after they won't allow just a singular addition to an order due to not financial problems to pay by the deadline, even though we are able to now. They can't even help after saying on their website they can help with your order before 28 days and it has not been 28 days. Very frustrated and disappointed with this company.
