Aspirus Kronenwetter Clinic Review

R.Deffner was so unhygienic! We brought our newborn in for her first checkup and there was a used blue/white absorbent pad left on the table from the person who was in there last. Deffner went to grab it, it fell to the floor, she grabbed it off the floor and, without washing her un-gloved hands, went to physically touch and examine our 1 week old. She talked to us like we were idiots and knew nothing about babies. We are educated people with two other children and we were so taken aback by everything she said. So horrified that we will NEVER see her again. I d rather go to Marshfield clinic than see her again...that should say something

Dr. Lor is the best doctor I ve had. He really listens and tries to help any problems or issues I have w/o rushing you to be done with your appt. I really wouldn t change to any other doctor. He s the best and other doctors could learn some compassion from him towards patients

My brother and me,went there on April 20 try to get the immigration medical exam,we ask a few time they said they can do,but until we see the doctor ,she was not the
government authorize to do this.Finally
Doctor Rebecca,she said she won't charge us for
this visit.ok,one month later,we received a bill statement from clinic charge us $298,.call them why,they said they will review this issue ,we thought should be all clear,but they sent a letter showed they didn't charge wrong,'OH,MY GOD' we will go to there again to find out what's going on, or we need a lawyer's help.

We call the bill department they review the case,but surprise,they said they charge was right for the physical exam ,but the true was they didn't done as a exam!so we called again the financial department sent a patient complain form,the clinic manager should contact me,but disappointed they didn't call,we try talk to the doctor rebacca couple time she never call back, even we left a few messages as a patient ,again we call the department they said same that they will call.but they weren't ,they don't wanna respond just wanna keep hiding.

I was called in for my Medicare Phisical under the pretense that it was covered by Medicare . When the Phisical was finished they asked me if I had Medicare part B and I said no I was still working, and they said I would have to pay for the Phisical or it would be turned over to collections. Well I paid for the worthless and useless Phisical and I am still getting the automated calls asking me to come I for my Medicare covered Phisical.
I have called Aspirus three times and left messages and the don t return my calls.

Dr deffner is terrible and the billing/customer service is terrible. Done with aspirus
