Kat has been amazing. Give this woman a raise so she can go out and have some fun (or get some treatment for her insomnia) instead of answering emails all hours of the day. We threw a curly one at her because our son requested his name be spelt with the maori spelling (using a macron/tohut ). Not a problem, she said. Thanks Kat, you rock.

The positive culture and passion at Reform is absolutely infectious and makes them a pleasure to work with. We have worked alongside them for the past three years to design our year 12 jackets and I cannot speak highly enough of their ongoing and timely communication, flexibility and genuine desire to ensure that the students and staff have a quality product that reflects each unique group of students. This was not my first time ordering with ReForm we have been using them for a while, although someone here (who shall remain nameless) decided go elsewhere a few years ago and it was a total disaster! As long as I'm on the job, we are never using anyone but ReForm. The students love being involved in the design process; the communication along the way is brilliant, the online ordering system takes all the hassle away from the school office, particularly with collecting payments; the quality is superb, there is nothing I can fault. If you're looking for a company to go with, stop searching and just go with ReForm!

So incredibly happy with the service, support and quality of leavers jackets for our Class of 2019 from the team at Reform Clothing. The jackets stand up to daily wear by teenagers and keep their colours wash, after wash! Excellent value for money and a trouble-free ordering process. I would highly recommend using Reform Clothing if you are ordering student jackets. The whole process from start to finish was streamlined and the customer service was fantastic. The website is really easy to use and the students enjoyed designing their jackets and choosing from the vast amount of visuals to go on the back of their designs.

On a side note - I made a mistake with one of the jackets that I ordered and the team fixed the issue within 48 hrs (they didn't have to to do this as I had already confirmed everything was correct).

If you definitely want to get year 12 jerseys for your school (or any custom jackets, jerseys or hoodies in bulk for any other reason), this place and the service they provide is absolutely astonishing. Not only was I guided through the entire process, our shipment came so much earlier than expected (delivered in 4.5 weeks as opposed to the 8 weeks max. stated on their website).

When first organising/ordering the jerseys, I was met with Lizzie, who kind-heartedly took me through the entire ordering process (considering I'm a year 12 student organising jerseys for our grade) and helped immensely in getting our design together. After one quick conference call, I instantly knew that this was the place to order out jerseys. Their website is easy to navigate and they replied extremely quick to any questions I had regarding our design/order. After the ordering process I met Heidi, who successfully answered all our questions on the jersey process, double-checked every order and constantly gave me updates through the entire delivery and production process. From Heidi and Liz all the way to the people who made our jerseys, it's a given that the Reform Staff is professional and passionate about what they do.

We also received a sizing kit which really helped us choose our sizes. It's so much better to go off the sizing kit than the website measurements.

In regards to the physical jersey, the quality is amazing. It feels much better than the ones sent in the sizing kit. The stitching was impeccable and most (if not all) of the 69 people who ordered one were extremely happy on how well packaged the product was (each jersey was folded and sealed in an airtight bag). All of the products arrived at the same time was and there were no nickname errors. A truly fine and detailed job.

It is good to note that I ordered my jerseys in late march and they were not school affiliated.

I am disappointed with their service. Our design plans were not followed through well despite us being very specific in detailing the vision for our jacket. Simple things such as font, format and positioning should be easy to get right but they failed to do that. The final version was still unsatisfactory because edits to the design did not reflect our comments, even when given ample time. I would not recommend Reform Clothing.

Honestly would 100% recommend using reform if you are looking for personalised jackets/ clothing ! They have been so amazing in the process of creating our graduating jackets, in particular Layla Najib who has gone above and beyond to ensure we have every detail flawless. She is always easy to communicate with and replies back super fast, the customer service is outstanding and not to forget their designs are amazing! Cannot thank Layla enough for all her hard work, she definitely deserves a promotion. Since the very beginning, REFORM have been on the ball with our 2019 Year 12 senior jackets. They were the first to contact us, a perfect example of their proactive work ethic, care and why we have used them for the last 4 years. From the design stages to the ordering process, the REFORM team went above and beyond to ensure everything was accounted for and ran smoothly, start to finish. Our students, staff and myself as Year 11 Advisor, are super happy with their reversible jackets and are already parading them around, having received an earlier than expected delivery on Thursday. Such an easy process. The online design lab allowed students to create designs which we then used in a voting process. Once the design was selected it was simply a matter of providing a link to students who ordered and paid online. Kat Mackay was so helpful during the entire process- always available to answer any question big or small. A very pleasant and stress-free experience. I will definitely be using Reform again. The students were extremely happy with the final product. Delivery was ahead of schedule too!

Really disappointing!! After the arrival of jumpers was delayed twice, and only worn the jumper for 2 days the letters are already beginning to come off

Kait and the team at Reform Clothing made the process of designing and ordering our custom Europe Study Tour jumper so streamlined. They went above and beyond to deliver the sample jumpers for sizing in such a tight timeframe, dispatching one of their own staff to drive to our school. Our school (privtae, independent school in Sotuh Australia) has been using reform clothing for the last 4 - 5 years. Their service has been exceptional! After making initial contact with me (Head of School), I am then able to pass contact details to Reform of one of our student leaders. The two then collaborate together to ensure that the task and delivery is done quickly. This shows the faith and trust they have garnered with me. There are many and varied designs to suit all students tastes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I understand the production process can be timely, however having ordered a jumper in December last year and still having not received it is extremely disappointing. Set back after set back has occurred and instead of looking forward to receive my jumper I am just left frustrated. If I could give zero stars I would.

REFORM clothing are sensational. our 2020 senior cohort love their jackets and the designing and ordering process was easy and effective for our students. The kids loved the jackets so much they've been wearing them in the 40 degree weather...despite us telling them not to.

Our school loves using this company for our leavers jackets. I think the main drawcard for the students is the online design system Reform has. They can go for gold coming up with all sorts of designs until they get it 'just right'. Communication is excellent and they always reply to emails in a timely manner. Despite the whole Covid-19 disruption, the students were thrilled to get their jackets at the beginning of winter. Thanks so much Reform!

Edit: changed from 1 to 5 stars because despite the year 12 jumpers being delayed on a number occasions and being delivered to the wrong school back 5 months ago, Reform Clothing has made reasonable effort to relieve any disatisfaction by issuing an appology letter to our school and offering some generous deals. And besides, the jumpers are of good quality, and it is one that I will keep forever.
