My wife and I lived in one of this companies properties and I can t say enough about the management of the property. Kristen was who we spoke with most often and she was wonderful! We had few issues, but anytime there was something she was always on top of it and communicated efficiently with my wife and I. We were honestly sad to leave when it was time.

Russ has been very helpful throughout the whole process of renting a townhome. I d never rented from anywhere other than apartment complexes, so I was a little nervous. Russ made the process very easy and even left a housewarming gift that I wasn t expecting! If you re looking to rent a home or needing to rent your home, I would highly suggest reaching out to them!

We had a wonderful experience with this property management company. We has very few issues with the house, but when we did need something, it was handled promptly. Unfortunately we had to move to get a larger space than what we had. But I would have loved to just stay put!

I wish I could give 10 stars to Prisela. I am relocating from across the country and was really worried my rental home search would be stressful and cumbersome but thanks to Priscela it was such a great experience. She was prompt, informative and so friendly. I instantly felt like I was in great hands...and I was. If you are in need of a new home, rental or purchase, I would feel 100% at ease with her. When I decide to buy, I will be calling her back for sure, you should too!

If Google would allow me to give 0 stars I would. Signed a one year lease. From the day we moved in we had a hot water heater that was an ancient model and did not work, did not get replaced until 6 months into our lease. All of the plumbing under the house was also ancient, made of iron. There were massive blockages in the piping causing draining issues and flooding in the master bathroom. This was also an ongoing problem since move in and that was dealt with shortly after the hwh was replaced. My roommate and I are about 7 months into the lease now and we still have a dishwasher that is messed up, we have a 30 amp breaker box for a house that requires 40 amps because of this we have no power to our washer and dryer, the one car garage attached to the living room becomes flooded with about an inch or more of water everytime it rains outside which is pretty often in Fort Worth, the french drains do not work and there is no sign that they will ever be fixed. When the contractor sent workers to replace plumbing under the house, they made 2 holes in the wall in the master bathroom and didn t patch the holes for about a week. The house became infested with roaches, and there was copious mouse feces in the cabinets in the bathroom where the holes are located. I really could go on and on and add more details, but I think the point has been made. The point is this company is extremely flawed and they have scammed us out of so much money. Paying 1350 a month for a about 1400 square foot house with a small yard and one car garage. The house has not been ready for tenants to live in the entire time upon me writing this right now. I cannot put into words how extremely displeased I am with the company and all of the negligence we have experienced, which began on day one of move in.
