I have been using the services of Med Mart for several years now. I have never had a negative experience there. Whether I see Dr. Fitzgerald, or Dr. Velez, i am afforded, prompt, compassionate, and accurate care and diagnosis. The support staff is also stellar. Casey has gone above and beyond to help me obtain authorizations for specific care from my insurer. What started out as just an urgent care option for me, has evolved into Med Mart serving as my primary care physicians. If you haven't tried them, you should!

Whether it s for a routine physical, chest pain, or testing for Covid-19, the staff at Med Mart and specifically, provider Monica Williams, have taken care of all my health needs. Their professionalism is beyond reproach.
Great experience with my care here at med-mart, the provider took her time and addressed my problem very professionally. I will deffinitely be coming back to make them my primary care provider.

Walked in at 845 am with no one in the waiting room. We waited an hour and 15 minutes and watched 3 people that came in after us get called back. Staff was ride when questioned about it. Fast med on bad lake was friendly and saw it's right away. My family Will not be back to med Matt.
When we moved to NC. 7 years ago we were lucky enough to use Med Mart Urgent Care. We have since turned them into our primary care physicians. Dr Alex n Dr Stacey are highly educated, very compassionate, and very professional in all the medical needs we have. I would sincerely recommend them to anyone looking to receive the finest of medical services . I have gone thru many medical n personal issues and I have been blessed to know that Dr Alex Fitzgerald has been there for me, each n every time. Most recently I especially needed help, and Dr Alex was the most caring, Compassionate, intelligent, medical professional I could hope for. I am originally from NY. and our standards are very high and I would recommend going to Med Mart in Holly Springs every time! They are in the Holly Springs Wal-Mart plaza and there's plenty of parking too. They have many sweet n professional Drs assistants n receptionists that have been wonderful . Most especially, Ms. Caroline at the front desk. I look forward to seeing them all, when I am feeling sick . They have an xray machine there As well. I HAVE NOT JUST MYSELF BUT MY SON AS WELL AS MY HUSBAND WE ALL USE THIS PLACE AS OUR PRIMARY I HAVE HAD VERY FEW NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES BUT I M NOT GOING TO PUT NAMES OUT HERE LIKE THAT OTHER THAN ONE PARTICULAR PERSON OUR EXPERIENCES HERE ARE USUALLY ALWAYS REALLY GREAT ALTHOUGH IT DOESN TSEEM TO MATTER IF YOU HAVE AN APPT OR NOT HERE BUT YOU ALSO HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND THE URGENT CARE PART OF THIS OFFICE BUT EITHER WAY THEY ARE USUALLY PRETTY QUICK AND ALWAYS VERY CARING THE DOCTORS AS WELL AS WELL AS THE NURSES AND CNA s ALL THE WAY THROUGH UNLESS IT IS SOMETHING REALLY COMPLICATED THEY DON T DO X-RAYS AND THINGS LIKE THAT BUT THEY CAN REFER YOU OUT TO DO WHATEVER TESTING YOU MIGHT NEED THO!!!!

WRONG DIAGNOSIS, be aware! My family has been using this urgent care as primary care doctor and last time my dad seen, he was feeling really bad and all they had done was blood work. The next day he was admitted to the ER and was diagnosed with pneumonia. At the ER, someone from this urgent care called me saying 'blood work came out normal' I was upset as he would have been in a better condition if he came earlier.
Went in920am and they still didnt call me in...it was 1045am....this is ridiculous. I just left without being seen. They were more focused on this one family whose different members kept coming in and out for too long.
Amy Courtney and the staff at MedMart are absolutely wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend MedMart as your primary care office and specifically Amy Courtney. My daughter is 16 and never has really been comfortable with a doctor until we met Amy. Amy has always been very kind to both of us, taking the time we needed, being thorough, and making sure we got WELL! The staff there is the same, absolutely wonderful, caring, thorough and do not make you feel like a number, they actually care about you and what you are going through. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I can. Thankyou to all of you at MedMart Holly Springs for all you do!!!!!
My son got injured at one of his flag football games and Monica (NP from Med Mart) just so happened to be onsite at the time. She quickly checked him out and recommended xrays be taken. I asked her where she worked and decided to run up to this location for the images. When we arrived we walked up to find they had a note on the door due to being out for their lunch breaks. But Courtney saw us walk up and then back to our car and offered to open back up early to get us in immediately. They took my son in and completed the necessary xrays within 15 minutes of our arrival there. Lesley and the rest of the staff were so helpful, friendly, and quick to address my son's concerns and needs and really helped provide comfort during our visit. Thank you so much to the staff for their fantastic and prompt service!
I would have rated 5 stars but the wait was a bit longer than I expected (a little over 30 minutes) considering I had an appointment but other than that everyone seemed friendly and willing to help. Alex the PA was AMAZING!!!! She was very attentive to my issues and more than willing to offer assistance to rectify my situations. She was friendly, relatable, and made me feel important and comfortable as a patient! I would recommend her to everyone! ALEX ROCKS!!
Took my sick son to this location at 5:05 (when they close at 5:30) to get him medicine but the unprofessional employees chose to not help him and insisted they needed needed to sanitize opposed to treat a sick 4 year old.
I have been here for multiple visits and always left feeling better about what I came in for. They even caught a condition that I did not know about prior to coming.
The office just turned my 2 year old son away because they didn't want to deal with a sick baby. They close at 5:30 and chose to kick my husband and son out at 4:45 because they didn't want to do new patient paperwork. Nevermind the fact that my 2year old was showing signs of pneumonia! It would have been too inconvenient for them. I am appalled at the callous, unethical, unprofessional nature of this office. And will file a complaint!
The doctor's are great, the front desk (Carolyn) is great.
But they have so many issues... they use a Yahoo email address to send personal files and screenshots, which I am told is a violation from my neighbor who is a nurse. The "office manager" admits to only checking that Yahoo email twice a week, even in 2020, and in a pandemic. And if you challenge her on that... well, you don't get your medicine.
I have been seen by Doc Stacie and Doc Alexandra. They are the most wonderful doctors I have ever been seen by. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have found Med Mart. These doctors dedicate time for you, and I have never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Med Mart for Primary Care. I have no regrets making them my Primary Care.
The staff are wonderful. Everybody there is genuinely caring about any of your issues.

I have gone here a couple times with no appointment. I have never waited more than 15 minutes, the check in nurses were always nice, and the PAs were always helpful and listened. The PA gave me options when I was hesitant about taking Codeine cough syrup given I have a infant.
I really appreciate the culture of cohesiveness among the staff here. I ve never had a negative experience at this clinic, and whether or not they are super busy or slow, I get the same great customer service. I did have a concern about something regarding my insurance recently, but the office manager took the time to make some phone calls on my behalf. I was so grateful for her attention to detail in my situation. Thank you for making me feel valued!
We got my height and weight done rather fast but the nurse was barely competent and had to Google the spelling of my disorder. She also asked me for my height and wrote it down instead of measuring me. Once we were put in the room to see the doctor it took so long we contemplated leaving and going elsewhere. It would have probably taken less time to start over somewhere else the to finish my physical here. This is all on a Monday at about 4 when almost nobody is here and they obviously have staff to spare
I used to recommend this office all the time. I used them as my primary care. This last visit I got blood work. It s now 3 weeks later and I STILL don t have my results. I call every day and they say the lab tech will call me tomorrow. After 2 weeks I was finally told there was a mix up in the lab with my blood and that s what we were waiting on. A week later and still nothing. I told them I m also a PA and I don t need a call back just put the results in the patient portal and I ll read them myself. I STILL don t have results. So now I have an appointment with a new PCP who will redo all my bloodwork and I ll be filing a formal complaint about this office.
I have been going here since they have opened, they have seen me and my family through everything including a heart attack and thanks to Miss Alex and her teammates dedication. We have experienced nothing but courtesy and respect each time one of us goes there. I and my family will continue to go here they are PROFESSIONALS above and beyond what one could expect.
I went there for drug screening and I have been waiting for 45 minutes. The staff is more concerned more about their lunch , interior signage and the volume of the TV in the waiting room than servicing customer. I will never go back
My daughter and I have been primary care patients since 2007. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Med Mart. The staff is wonderful and Stacie and Alex are knowledgeable, friendly and treat us like family. Thank you for your care and dedication!

I am a well established patient at this Urgent Care/Primary Care. I've been attending this clinic for over 3 years and I've never had a bad experience. Yes there were times I had to wait. But what I realized is that although there was no one in the waiting room, there were patients in the exam rooms that had already been waiting before I even got called back for weight and vitals.
All the staff here are very friendly and professional. Each PA is knowledgeable and informative. They take their time with you and make sure you understand what's going on and answer whatever questions you may have before you leave.
Labs are always done smoothly with little to no pain. And Check out is simple and to the point. And they work with you if you don't have your co payment.
They always take walk ins and always have appointments available. I like this doctors office and I will continue to go here. I've even taken my family.
Word of advice, try the ER next time for an open head wound instead of an urgent care. The ER is more suitable to treat such an injury anyway.
Med Mart can not keep their billing straight. I have had to ask for corrections several times. Mistakes are always in their favor. Except for one person, they change PA's nurses and staff frequently so you can not get comfortable with one provider. You make an appt and still wait 1 + hours to get to see a medical person. I will no longer go there. I'm done
I recently took one of my Employees in for some back pain he was having and these folks took really good care of us. The Manager Casey helped me with really good referrals even after our visit that were for self pay patients and the Doctor diagnosed the issue very quickly. I intend to take all of my employees there in the event of a work related Injury and will refer friends and family for any normal health related issues.
I felt very rushed. I was hardly able to tell the doctor what I was there for before she interrupted me. I would let her finish and begin to finish telling why I was there and got responses like "k." or no response at all while she tapped on her iPad. after waiting over an hour, the doctor was in and out in 2 minutes and did t have a care in he world but getting me out and they weren't even busy at that time. One person ahead and one behind me. What's the rush?? That will be my last visit.
