Great ambience and decor, specially sitting areas for customers. Workshop staff are reasonably knowledgeable and prices for car maintenance as well as spare parts are quite competitive.

The sales team seemed least interested in selling used cars. They were also busy criticising other dealers which put me off. Their attitude was unprofessional. What's worse, most cars are priced almost 50,000/- more than other dealers in town. And then they reduce the price by that amount the wink of an eye. And even more when sit down for final negotiation. They should learn something from Mahindra first choice team who were courteous even when I decided not to buy any of their cars which was reasonably priced. Shame on shaman used cars. Won't recommend them to anyone.

Sales person named Tanveer was so Rude makes you feel as if you nothing and he is giving you the car for free!! absolutely bulshit, if at the time of sale this is the attitude I can only imaging what would be the attitude after you buy the car. Superbly disappointed and sad.

Gone for training food was not good rest all things was awesome

Worst experience!!! Given my brand new car for first check up and got the car damaged which they claim in done by me. Asking me to take insurance claim of RS 75000/-. Worst experience. Pls don't use their service station. They are irresponsible and non responsive.

What else do you expect out of a Mercedes showroom and workshop. Good people and good place. Original scaled down replicas are also too good to resist.

I can't say buying a car is my favorite thing to do,. There is so much research you have to go through as a buyer. I was shopping around for months before I could decide which car was ideal for the price I had in my mind. Ofcourse Mercedes is always a brand that is right. I was worried about high maintenance after the purchase for a car like Mercedes. Anyways I decided to call Shaman Wheels and start out with a test drive for the vehicle of my choice. The lady on phone got me connected to one of their sales rep. The guy was dynamic with his knowledge and understanding of product as well as costs associated with ownership. Was particularly happy that Shaman offered an annual maintenance package that covers all major service costs, and is not exactly a lot of money. I tried out other competitor cars as well; But a Mercedes is a Mercedes, and my friends as well as family members were all inclined towards Mercedes. So I ended up getting to Shaman for the next steps.

Super and secured place to buy pre owned Merc and other branded luxury cars

Went there in December 2015, they had the best offers going on. The sales rep was very knowledgable and she guided me well with which car suits my requirement. Very impressed at the different car finance options Mercedes provides. Over all I would rate the showroom as top notch along with the team of sales reps I came across who were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Never bought any car, but went to see once. They look good, even if they might not be. But the prices quoted by then are quite high. In case of sale, they give a reduced price.
