They have cancelled my event, which is absolutely right , however they will not refund me a single penny.
Disgusting to keep people s money and hiding behind T&C s at a time like this ... where are you morals. I don t want to postpone , my friends birthday is over we can t bring it back . Refund your customers in full !!!
We booked zorbing for gosport borough u11s end of season presentation, the boys & parents thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
The organisation by the host was very good & the Zorbs they used were brilliant, they sorted a little tournament out & winners played coaches which was even better.
Red Cactus events are experts in their field - we have now booked 6 events through them, ranging from a stag do in Cardiff where we did Quad Biking and Shooting to a corporate team building event playing bubble football. They also arranged an amazing stag do in Prague for 23, which they seemed to make so simple.
They have a huge selection, reasonable prices and enable us to focus on having fun, rather than worrying about organising so wouldn't ever book elsewhere!
We booked Zorb football for an U11 football end of season activity.
I can say that each of the 19 children had an absolute blast. Even the coaches joined in. Very tiring but so much fun.
The booking was simple and the communication was excellent. We arrived on time and the host Nick had already blown the Zorbs up which meant we wasted no time at all.
