Love the staff, they are always ready to help. Been coming here since I was 8 would never go anywhere else..

This was already my pharmacy when I was just a fetus. I m sure lots of pharmacies have great staff, but I m much too fond of everyone here to ever leave. I always receive a warm welcome and customer service that goes far beyond the job description. Additionally, their delivery services have saved me more times than I can count.
Anyone thinking about coming to this pharmacy for the first time definitely should. Everyone is well cared for here. The Cheers of medicine, where they all know my name!

Owner Michael and his staff are great, they give the best service at this pharmacy. They are fast and efficient, and very knowledgable. I would trust the pharmacists here more than any GP to know the most about drug interactions and safety! They are small, privately owned and a real community owned and operated business worthy of supporting. Unlike the big box pharmacies that are large, impersonal and in my experience very slow and inefficient!! The only downside is that parking is terrible as others have said.
Tip: Park across the street at Envision Bank if need be.

The customer service here is awesome. There was a day and night difference between how Michael took care of us compared to Pure in South Surrey, where we used to get are compound prescriptions. I had mistakenly sent Michael the wrong prescription but he insisted on correcting it because I was paying without insurance. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Never met another pharmacy team that has gone above and beyond like this team has! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for all your help! Will definitely be returning with all my pharmacy needs in the future.

A compounding Pharmacy that fills my somewhat special needs. The staff is jocular and friendly. The parking is a serious problem. Be prepared for major frustration looking for parking. Especially if you have any mobility issues.

Serious RIP off. I tried to talk to the owner about the higher than normal pricing for an antibiotic formula she went on the defensive and claimed that other pharmacies don't use the same standards in terms of components. I'm calling the college tomorrow.

I recently transferred my file from another local pharmacy on family recommendation and due to the service I received. Michael and his team and knowledgeable, fast and the customer service I received was outstanding, they go above and beyond. Michael even made it a point to talk to me about a recent prescription change and was more than helpful with his advice. I highly recommend them

Pretty busy, hard to find close parking. Generally have a wait. Recommend calling in for refills or you'll be waiting a while.

Friendly, helpful staff even make up compound medications that other pharmacies can't.

Abysmal customer service and questionable ethics.

I went to Delta Prescription Clinic a few months ago, when the lockdown was in full effect. Instead of my usual 90-day supply, I was handed a 30-day supply, with 2 refills. Their reasoning: there were "shortages" going on (including common, non-flu-related medicines apparently). One may think that requiring 3 trips to a pharmacy rather than 1 goes against the idea of social distancing, but okay.

The next visit, I discover there's a dispensing fee per refill. So not only did I pay through the nose compared to Costco (roughly 2X), I was charged extra for additional refills that my physician or I did *not* request. Customers should be informed of the additional cost they will incur by having their prescription split, and I was not told anything of the sort. It seems to me that they are profiting off the pandemic, which is highly questionable.

For the record, a relative with the same prescription, paid ~$12 at Costco for a 90-day supply, which curiously enough, was not split. I was later told an equivalent 90-day supply would be $23, yet I ended up paying $36 thanks to all the refills.
