Working with Shun from Relo Redac has been the most pleasent experience of searching/finding an apartment in NYC (which, most of the time is quite a nightmare). He was very professional and responsive, addressing all the questions and concerns within hours. Shun and the company were very accommodating and worked overtime with the building board in order to meet my very short move in timeline request. I wold recommend Relo Redac and Shun to anyone looking for long term or short term apartment rentals in NYC. It's been a very pleasent experience, quite refreshing in the NYC market.

These guys helped me rent an apartment which I love. They were very polite and pleasant to work with. Despite a lot of paperwork involved and a board-approval process which could have lasted many weeks, they were able to finish all the things on time.

Before coming to the United States, I was asked to introduce an agent introduced by a Japanese living in the United States. A veteran agent introduced me to the property more and more, and I was able to make a decision in a short time (a week after moving to the US!). Also, because I have children, I was very helpful to consult about the school district. Since the location was limited and the request here was relatively clear, I think that I was able to find a property that met my wish earlier. There were so many things I didn't understand, so I was very happy to hear from the agents. I found it useful as detergent information.

A real estate agent who arranges short-term apartm...

A real estate agent who arranges short-term apartments and long-term apartments in NY. Perhaps the company is large, the departments are divided, and the people in the long-term apartment department do not know anything about short-term apartment contracts. I searched for a long-term apartment while staying in a short-term apartment, but I was told that it would be better to make a one-month contract just in case because it takes time to examine the move-in. I later realized that if I exceeded the monthly charge, I should have paid for one month. After all, the property brought by another real estate agent was good and kind, so I decided on a long-term apartment there. (It was decided in about a week, and I was able to move in immediately.) I felt like I was tricked into contracting for a long period of time at a high price. The person in charge also smelled a cigarette to meet the customer, and I really didn't like it.
It's nice that the short-term apartment is also equipped with tableware, but after the last user, the tableware was quite dirty, probably because it wasn't washed properly. Also, the manual provided was completely different from the manual for how to use the washing machine, which was very troublesome. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.
