A real estate agent who arranges short-term apartments and long-term apartments in NY. Perhaps the company is large, the departments are divided, and the people in the long-term apartment department do not know anything about short-term apartment contracts. I searched for a long-term apartment while staying in a short-term apartment, but I was told that it would be better to make a one-month contract just in case because it takes time to examine the move-in. I later realized that if I exceeded the monthly charge, I should have paid for one month. After all, the property brought by another real estate agent was good and kind, so I decided on a long-term apartment there. (It was decided in about a week, and I was able to move in immediately.) I felt like I was tricked into contracting for a long period of time at a high price. The person in charge also smelled a cigarette to meet the customer, and I really didn't like it.
It's nice that the short-term apartment is also equipped with tableware, but after the last user, the tableware was quite dirty, probably because it wasn't washed properly. Also, the manual provided was completely different from the manual for how to use the washing machine, which was very troublesome. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.
