I have an issue with the service. At 25K they supposed to do a maintenance on the car which is called complementary service so I'm a little confused In my paperwork says service synthetic oil 25,000 mi complementary also there's another saying inspect and adjust all fluid levels
A week after I did this complimentary service I checked my level oil in my coolant in this very low so my question is they really do something to the cars?????Are they only inspected and don't do what they say by writing......? I guess this is an scam and they don't do what they say here is the proof of what I'm talking about!!!!!!
I am going to call them explain my situation and I'm going to wait for what they going to come up with because I don't think it's fair that they call you make sure you take the car to this complimentary service and they don't do nothing so I'm going to keep you posted about this situation....
I am 100% that I read well what the paper says if they want to cut corners and go around and not do what they promise to do then you guys going to find out

Scheduled a service maintenance appointment. When i arrived the service department was overwhelmed with vehicles waiting to greeted much less serviced. I was told a service representative would be right with me and to wait in my vehicle. 20 minutes goes by and still no contact with a representative. At this point upset and stressed out i went in search of a manager ro which i was told he wouldn't be there for another 10 minutes. So to make this story short I left and went directly to another dealer just 6 minutes away and was immediately greeted and service was written up within 5 minutes of getting there....what a difference!!! Thank you Elmore Toyota!!!!!!

I have to say that when you have an appointment for an oil change it shouldn't take two hours. I always talk to the tech and I make sure to let them know I just want the service that I am there for don't need my car wash or anything else. I am a single parent that works and this is my only form of transportation and wasting two hours for an oil change for me it's not visible. I do appreciate the tech and mangers that have helped me get out of there on time. thank you and hope not to sound rude but please understand where I am coming from.

Pulled into the parts and service section to buy some parts however they said no, you're on the wrong side you have to go to the other side. Went to the other side paid for the parts and had to drive back to the other side to receive our parts. While waiting with my kids in the car an employee starts smoking right in front of my vehicle where there is clearly a no smoking sign? Wth! Please be respectful of your customers and be more professional smoke elsewhere then in front of the doors to your company.

Had an appointment for 11am but got there early, drove up from San Diego, and dropped my car off around 1030-1040am. I was told my car would be ready no later than 2pm. 2pm comes around, no call. 3pm comes around, no call. I called Toyota place at 3:30pm asking for an update or information on the status of my vehicle. After being passed around, hung up on and sent to a voicemail that was full I decided to cook off and wait till I received a call. 4:10pm I get a call from Andy letting me know my car is ready for pick up. I explained to him how frustrated I was about not receiving a courtesy call notifying me my car was taking longer than expected. I live in San Diego but drove here for service because it would give me time to spend with my son, hence the appointment I m the morning so I could plan accordingly and make it home in time to walk/feed my dog. That clearly wasn t the case. I then added how unfair it is for a customer to complete change their schedule because of lack of communication and have to pay the amount that was due for the service. He told me that the 10,000mile service was complimentary under plan. This was news to me so I was taken aback and he chuckled as if being a complimentary service was supposed to make things better. What about the time I lost? The time I didn t get to spend with my son? Now I have to rush back to San Diego and pray I make it before my dog uses the bathroom in my home. Time is a valuable thing. Especially for someone who is in the military and gets deployed, like me. I don t see my son often, thank you Toyota place for making that time even less.

Don t trust this place they will do anything to get you in the door. Helen Nguyen Sales Internet Coordinator asked me to fill up the pre approve application and after filling up the application she called me I can come and purchase the vehicle I wanted just bring a co signer. I went to the dealership and was met by Helen and I was endorsed to Salesman Jimmy who doesn t know what he was doing. Jimmy asked us to walked into the other building to test drive the vehicle but the vehicle was nowhere to be found. When the time to talk about financial matters they want me get rid of my 2 vehicles in order to be approved of the vehicle I wanted.

Don t waste your time go somewhere else

If I can give 0 stars I will give it to this dealership that s what Helen and the dealership deserves

I had an unusual problem and felt very well taken care of by my Service Advisor. Along with my scheduled maintenance, I received extra TLC and was happy to receive my vehicle, knowing everything possible was done to keep it running safely. Thanks.

Long story short, we asked for a TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE on the car that was on site, was quoted an ESTIMATED price by Helen internet specialist, confirmed with her that that estimate was indeed the total purchase price. Showed the email to the sales rep he said great let me show you the car AFTER AGAIN CONFIRMING THE PRICE, AND REPEATING THAT THIS WAS THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE, HE AGREED. After spending 2 hours on the lot, test driving the car we wanted, being passed around from person to person, the total price BEFORE TAXES was approximately $12,000 more than what was quoted initially. TWELVE. NOT ONE OR TWO, TWELVE! Total waste of time and energy. Bait and switch alive and well here. From now on I'm supporting Autonation, Tesla, Carmax and Carvana. At least these companies are honest about their prices. Horrible experience. Shop somewhere else all. These people lie like a rug.
