Nice small Zoo with lots of Animals, even Panters, Lions, Tigers and more. Lots of fun for the whole family and not crowded at all.
Only thing they could improve is signs, its hard to get around without a paper map and everything is in German only

Our family spent a good day in the Zoo. Lots of fun for adults and kids!!! Definitely recommend

Nice small to midsized zoo where they manage to give the animals quite some space (i have seen larger zoos where animals lived in less space). Admission and food prices are correct (that's rare in zoo's!).
Staff seemed competent and friendly, zoo was in general well maintained.

Nice and relaxed, the paths and animals are well organized and you can get pretty close to them :-)

All kind of animals, not a big zoo fan but you can see that the priority was given to animals rather then visitors. Animals come on display if they want, relatively big spaces

Great Zoo....esoe islly during Christmas. This year of 2020 has been tough, yet Wakter Zoo made it a Winter wonderland!! Great food and those home cooked soups ate delicious!!

This is a fantastic small zoo with some really interesting animals, all set in an idyllic rolling hills landscape. We combined our day with the Wildlife Park Peter and Paul for a good 1/2 day outing.

In covid-times they limit to let animal out to the cage ,so it not really worth with money if pay 50% it ok but pay 100% you only can see animal 20 %
