It was good decent rooms but it smelled like weed...other than that food was across the street..

The room smelt bad, was dirty and everything was stained. Horrible neighborhood, drug deals and hookers right outside!

I would never stay in God for Saking sanking to the bottom of satans balls of a motel again!Not only isnt it safe but its fearking prostitutes everywhere and everyone seems to be on be on drugs.people blasting music all night and lord The staff here I wouldnt hire if God Told me to..They was sent here by the devil.They lack CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE.No one is trained right.And the THE HALLS ARE A MESS....The Ice machine is wacked out like its on drugs.Vending machine all cracked out on each floor.we paid for a room a 11 at checkout and we are just getting to be moved at in the evening......DISRESPECTFUL

This place is disgusting to say the least.. Hallways stink and dirty Ice machines don't work.. Room have a n odor of cat urine.. Electrical sockets in rooms not working... Furniture has cigarette Burns all over it.. Overall this place needs to be shut down.. The code violation s I sure are endless and some officials are getting kick back to help keep this place open...

Avoid. No baseboards, electrical sockets coming out of the walls, scorch marks near cieling, head sized hole near corner, mattress was so worn out it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl, and the pillows were small square 'vanity' pillows rather then the rectangular ones people actually sleep on. Avoid!

Yesterday 9 Oct 19 I had a horrible experience. First when the police arrived intervening at the entrance with people who seemed wandering. The place had broken windows. Smell of cigarettes and the area is like a very bad place for the family. Do not stay there. I went and looked for another hotel. Now they say they are remodeling and it's a lie. There is no company or equipment to remodel. 0 star

This is a $50 a night at the most. Cheapest in the area. Not the cleanest, but if you need cheap then this is the place if not go some where else.

DONT STAY HERE!!! Worse hotel ever!!!!! We arrived they put us in a room that had no bed covers no pillows no toilet paper n no towels. Window was half open and there were mosquitoes flies bees. Went down to tell them they put us in another. Well that room wasn t much better. Beds were about to fall apart. Blood stains on mattress. Fleas in the room. Bathroom door was falling off the hinges. No toilet paper or towels in this room either. Went to front desk asked for both they gave us toilet paper but said they bring towels to us. They never did! Then maintenance came in our room on his own at 10 pm. Everyone was so loud. Screaming, playing loud music and slamming doors. Asked for towels this am before we checked out so we could shower. Guess what no towels again but one. 6 ppl can t dry off with one towel. Hotel is situated between two strips clubs and is very gross. We was up at 7 am and got the heck out of there!

This place should close until they get their acts together. Between the shootings, the drugs thugs, and the prostitution, need I say more. Disgusting. .......

Room nice and big. Poorly maintained. Lamps not working, no towels when we arrived and service was not good at all.

When I first walked in it smelled like cannabis, It stinks all 4 floors, my mom seen a roach and room service came a hour late. Trash was dumped outside our window. Every night I came to the hotel people would be outside smoking. We are supposed to get a refund of 100$ and it hasn't came through yet.

The toilet was broken, the lamps had no light bulbs, all but one outlet worked. Worst most uncomfortable night in a hotel ever.

Horrible! Will be contacting ADA! I will be calling and demanding my money back. Couldnt even get my sons wheel chair into the filthy bathroom. Toilet was crooked. Shower walls are all broken and glued together. Our non smoking rooms reek od cigarette smoke. 2nd room smells like marijuana. Took an hour to check in with 2 hookers and a strung out junky in line behind us. Online said rooms were $55 but i was charged $98 for these rats nests. 1 rooms beds were 4 inches below the broken head board. Blood in the peep hole! Yes i took pictures. Woke up 4 times by what sounded like 2 fights with hookers or drug dealer. Banging and slamming non stop. Entrance is small and filthy. Was to tired to drive any further. Pretty sure they have bugs i felt something touch my arm a couple times. Could not sleep. Horrible!! Feel free to contact me for refund or something this place horrible. Wish could give 0 stars. Plan to contact franchise department of red rood. Unexceptable. Loved red roof before this red light dump.... The pictures online except the picture of the building are not this place. If i would've checked reviews last night I woulda kept going. Unless you need a hooker or drugs STAY AWAY!!!!

Pros. Friendly service. Clean room. Spacious. Cheap. Ac and toilet worked fine.

Cons. No breakfast. Hookers and weed everywhere the surrounding areas, including the parking lot and back. Smell of weed thick in halls.

One star because you can't go lower. It's a dump full of hookers and drug dealers. It smells and it's really run down. Don't do it.

Do Not Stay Here! The service was terrible, the room is terrible, the WIFI does not work, hotel staff was not helpful. My son was traveling with the Airforce, got up early the next morning to leave and his truck's passgener window was broken out and all the suitcases were taken, with his miltary gear, ribbons, certificates, and civilian clothes. Not a safe area, DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place was absolutely HORRID!!!! lights didn't work, dirty tub, old torn carpets, broken tv and furniture. And that was just the first room.... second was a little better... but still had holes in the doors, broken lights, nasty stained chairs, drywall messed up in bathroom, and burn marks all over! The place was so noisy with people running and yelling in the hallway. My guy even got offers to buy drugs when he got out of his car. This was the WORST hotel I have ever been to!

Worth the money paid. It is a budget hotel so not fancy but it was clean and the service was amazing. Wonderful people here

I am giving this a 5 Star review based on the service of the GM. There were a few issues I had with my stay recently, but the GM took action when she first heard about these issues and made it right. She went above and beyond what she could have done, but felt it was her job to ensure that these issues were handled personally. They have earned my business and I will give them another shot based on her efforts.

It is infested with pimps,crackheads and working girls!

Room was clean with a great working air conditioner. My 2 complaints are I couldn't logged on to their WiFi. The cleaning lady took my dirty towel and never brought a clean towel. Overall the stay was good and the price was great.

Ehh , don't bring your babies here. I understand six flags is 2 miles away. But the clerk know drugs are sold out of here. Theirs girls outside and across the street outside the gas station selling themselves. Entire hotel smells of marijuana , only ice machine works on 5th floor. Vending machine food was so old. Won't stay here again.

There was no tv in room had to get tv myself no cable cord took them 2hrs to bring and hook up to tv no trash cans nor hotel phone in room no toiletries and they gave someone else a key to my room and I was walked in on DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an awesome establishment to stay in, especially since the new General Manager started about a week ago. She has already begun turning this place around. Its more quiet, she walk the halls to make sure everything is in order. I absolutely Love the new GM Courtney omg she's bad, I hope She weed out all the bad seeds and sow new ones that are genuinely considerate just as her. I love what you've done and I'll most definitely visit again soon all because of Courtney. Keep up the great work

This is the worst hotel/motel I've ever seen. There was a group of young girls come in and go to there room, when they got there I heard one scream and came back down and ask for a refund. Needless to say we got in our car started our and 3 and a half hour drive back home and called expedia for a refund!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. There are drug dealers and prostitues as soon as u get to the hotel. Ghetto room service and guest service, no fridge, iron, or microwave. Took our garbage but never brought it back. Did not even come to change the linen or clean bathroom. I asked for three face towels/body for each of us there and they brought me 4 big towels and 1 face towels...Never Again!!!!

Being remodeled and is located in the rough side of town. Not a lot of food places in the immediate area.

The housekeeper are liars. I asked if they had tissue and they said they never got any. Found out later that the front desk had the entire tissue box because truck came at 1. Who lies about tissue?

Friendly staff. Room was quite large and felt surprisingly clean. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but, overall nice place to stay for a night

Found a used niddle in bathroom light , went and told front desk she said I kid you not "what you want me to do" worse place ever will never go back!!!!! No place for kids

This place had rude workers with sailor mouths. we needed our tv and cable fixed which came with the room and didn't even work when we asked for assistance the first thing the guy said when he walked in was f***ing! The room smelt horrible and had cigarette burns all over the furniture. The hotel was right next to a strip club and a liquor store so before you think of staying here think again this place sucks!!!!! Right next to a very busy road and it allows smoking. When we asked for a refund a woman named Natalie wouldn't provide it back to us she told us she had no management that was there at the time but I in my opinion think she was lying to protect her hotel. Look at the rooms before you buy the hotel and if you do buy the room and don't like it I suggest you hurry because they say they only give refunds after 15 minutes. DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! And if you think I'm making some of this up read the other reviews and see for yourself

You get what you pay for here with the environment, but room was nice. They have truck parking. Pillows need replacing. But I slept well.

This hotel claims to be renovated. If that s renovated I hate to see how it looked before. The rooms do have hardwood floor but I wouldn t advise stepping on them with your bare feet. Very courteous staff especially the owner. But rooms weren't up to date things falling apart and breaking. No microwave but asked for one and was sent to me but the inside was very dirty and there was a foul odor through out the building. Not worth the price for nightly stay. I think they should lower their prices or fix the hotel up.

The place is very well located downtown Atlanta and you do not do more than 10 minutes by car, it is comfortable and clean, unfortunately the area is not very reliable and going out to night stores attached to the motel seems very insecure

It was so bad we checked out shortly after arriving. The pictures they advertise are nothing like what's actually there. There were several burn holes in the bedding. The room smelled horrible with, a mixture of old building and cigarettes and it was a non-smoking floor. You.could smell Marijuana in the hallway and there were girls there that appeared to be hookers. The floors were so uneven in our room it made you walk like you were drunk. I can't believe this place is still allowed to be in operation.

Room was comfortable and for the price it was actually decent. Even tho a few people were around and the area isnt too great the staff are wonderful and they stay is comfortable.

-The housekeeping was awful. I asked for several things but didn't get anything until the next day, and STILL did not get everything that I asked for. Only got two towels and a roll of tissue. SMH! They don't do their job at all.
-The key cards don't work, so the maintenance guy has to let you in when you come back.
- Ceiling stains from water leak.
-Gnats EVERYWHERE.
- Mold everywhere( you can smell it when you open the drains)
-The staff has no uniform or name tags so it's hard to distinguish who works there and who doesn't.
-The washer and dryer are ridiculously priced and don't clean or dry your clothes.
- There are people that stand in front of the building at night that are not staying there.
- The dining room area has no coffee pot or anything for that matter and the ice machines only work on one floor.
-The wifi sucks and is not stable.

UPDATE: I believe that the staff is stealing money. They are asking people for a 50 dollar deposit in CASH, then they don't put it on the receipt or your paperwork. They claim its for incidents but, why do you need cash? You can't take it off my card? The price has also changed. Not worth your money. I've stayed at a Days inn that was better than this! Don't do it.

UPDATED UPDATE: The gnat problem has gotten worse (which I have discovered is coming from pipe connected to the leaky toilet) To add fuel to the fire ,there is a lizard in my bathroom! I called the front desk to let them know my issues. The staffs words were" I'm not a lizard catcher, It ain't gonna hurt you". Not the point. I proceeded to go the desk to speak to her and explain my issue in a polite manner. I also explained that I have entomophobia and can't deal with situations like that and someone should take care of this issue immediately, as I did not pay to live with bugs and wild life. She said" well I'm just night shift and I leave at 7 and nobody is on duty because of the holidays, so I don't know what you want me to do. " She then decided to say "its JUST a little lizard. You gonna let it run you out of your room? " and shook her head at me! At that point , I was completely taken a back by her rudeness and ignorance. I was left speechless.

I am utterly disgusted at the staff, the room and hotel as an entirety. Also the dark guy with the beard has a horrible attitude towards the guest. I believe he is head maintenance. Actually most of them have this same attitude that says don't ask me for anything.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't do it!

It's actually not that bad. More safe compared to the one in midtown. 4 gentlemen's clubs in walking distance.

Worst place ever, locks didn't work, place looked horrible, smelled horrible. The room we got had 2 beds and one was completley broken. Room was creepy and one of the ladies cleaning advised we didn't go outside to much as it was a dangerous area and sure it was. There was people outside dealing drugs in everyones face they didn't even care. It is a horrible place to stay, also we were told by one of the employees that the hotel was a place where people lived, not very good people and they were all kicked out so they could rent it out due to the hurricane Mathew which is how we ended up there. But i immediately looked for another place and booked it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a family with kids or anyone at all it is horrible.

I'm from Indianapolis and traveled here last night b4 I got off the HIGHWAY they had already charged my card for the room without me even being there yet. So when I finally got there it was hookers outside and guys outside selling drugs and it stunk so bad inside. As i stand there 4 almost 20 mins waiting on front desk person to check the customer in before she talking to him about how this is the worst hotel she has ever managed but she's cracking down on the prostitution and drug dealing in the hotel, after hearing the I left. I come down the street to the Quility inn gets a room and goes back to the CRACK HOTEL to cancel and there was different young lady at the counter SO RUDE I'm talking to her about how I don't feel safe and would like a refund and she never looked at me not one time while I was talking to her. There was more I'm just typing. For me to drive almost 10 hours then get off the HIGHWAY and don't have a safe place to stay was horrible it was 9pm and I'm riding around tryna find a safer place to lay my head. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Most horrible place I've ever been. Every time my husband left the room without me he was confronted by hookers asking if he needed a date, their pimps lingered outside the hotel entrance. Visible drug exchanges all day long. Our door lock was broke so I was confined to the room to be sure our pet's and belongings were ok. Absolutely unsafe. Even encountered a woman in her panties with cut marks all up her arm walking up and down halls. Would never recommend to anyone. Should be shut down.

Well, I'm a little speechless on how to describe this hotel other than my only advice... don't go there. The only good thing was the manager, Gabriel, was extremely nice and accommodating but this place is disgusting. My room had open soap and dirty towels on the counter. Ashes in the ice bucket tray, floor has extreme water damage and the roof might fall in on you. I didn't sleep under the sheets because the bedding had cigarette burns and looked like it wasn't changed and the parking lot was full of sketchy people, beer/liquor bottles and condom wrappers. I stayed a whole 3 hours before I had enough and didn't feel safe even with two Dobermans. I chose this place because of its pet friendliness but we were better off sleeping in my vehicle than this place. Don't waste your money.

First they gave us a smoking room that stunk when we asked for non-smoking..we could hear people outside our door fighting in the halls most the night , people/prostitutes hanging on the corners outside the hotel, not very clean.

Close to the airport. My room was huge, so I was happy about that. They were "remodeling" when I was there. Next to some strip clubs...if that's your thing. Front desk lady was very nice...upon returning my deposit. But I did leave my wireless earbuds on the dresser and I hadn't been gone 10 mins. Called back and the guy at the front desk claim that housekeeping didn't see them. Go figure.
