HORRIBLE. Do NOT stay here
-The housekeeping was awful. I asked for several things but didn't get anything until the next day, and STILL did not get everything that I asked for. Only got two towels and a roll of tissue. SMH! They don't do their job at all.
-The key cards don't work, so the maintenance guy has to let you in when you come back.
- Ceiling stains from water leak.
-Gnats EVERYWHERE.
- Mold everywhere( you can smell it when you open the drains)
-The staff has no uniform or name tags so it's hard to distinguish who works there and who doesn't.
-The washer and dryer are ridiculously priced and don't clean or dry your clothes.
- There are people that stand in front of the building at night that are not staying there.
- The dining room area has no coffee pot or anything for that matter and the ice machines only work on one floor.
-The wifi sucks and is not stable.

UPDATE: I believe that the staff is stealing money. They are asking people for a 50 dollar deposit in CASH, then they don't put it on the receipt or your paperwork. They claim its for incidents but, why do you need cash? You can't take it off my card? The price has also changed. Not worth your money. I've stayed at a Days inn that was better than this! Don't do it.

UPDATED UPDATE: The gnat problem has gotten worse (which I have discovered is coming from pipe connected to the leaky toilet) To add fuel to the fire ,there is a lizard in my bathroom! I called the front desk to let them know my issues. The staffs words were" I'm not a lizard catcher, It ain't gonna hurt you". Not the point. I proceeded to go the desk to speak to her and explain my issue in a polite manner. I also explained that I have entomophobia and can't deal with situations like that and someone should take care of this issue immediately, as I did not pay to live with bugs and wild life. She said" well I'm just night shift and I leave at 7 and nobody is on duty because of the holidays, so I don't know what you want me to do. " She then decided to say "its JUST a little lizard. You gonna let it run you out of your room? " and shook her head at me! At that point , I was completely taken a back by her rudeness and ignorance. I was left speechless.

I am utterly disgusted at the staff, the room and hotel as an entirety. Also the dark guy with the beard has a horrible attitude towards the guest. I believe he is head maintenance. Actually most of them have this same attitude that says don't ask me for anything.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't do it!
