Questionable smells and stains. Workers who are very odd to deal with and ask questions. Only good thing is the clean room.

Horrible service!!! I demand to speak to corporate about my stay!!! I need compensation!!!

We booked 2 rooms, one in my name the other in my daughter name. We both have the same last name. The activity around the building I gave them a pass on that because of the 3 gentleman's club close by. I check in and we find out that's only one room was booked not 2. I left to get our car rental than returned to police on the main road and a helicopter shined a spotlight on my daughter . No tv the entire stay it didn't work.

Our first room had bed bugs. We noticed almost immediately and they moved us to another room without any hassle. We inspected everywhere to make sure this room was good. The hallways smell like weed but for this price and distance to six flags it isn't too bad. The rooms have two queen beds, microwave, and refrigerator. There are police who patrol on foot at night so yea it's a little ghetto but like I said, for the price it's decent.

This place smelled like pot....all over. No microwave...ashes on the wall, and the floor was soft....

The website claims they accept anyone 18 or older however when showed up at 1am after 10 hours on the road they said 21 and over and wouldn t let us stay. Was very frustrating and felt very discriminated against being only 20 years old. Thanks red roof inn policy. Even when I m 21 I will never book at this establishment.

The people and work staff are very nice and helpful they went out of there way to accommodate us thank you

My stay was great. Everybody knows its in a not so pleasant neighborhood but the room was great beds were clean and Im still enjoying my stay. This room is a great price for a 3 night stay. Had I listened to the bad reviews I would've missed on a great room for me and my family. Nice price and decent hotel for the area its in. You cant listen to every bad review sometimes you have to see things for yourself. Best hotel I've been in so far

Everything was great at my stay Jillian at the front desk is SO SO SO HELPFULL. There General Manager is always here to help too. Oooo abd the king size beds are so comfortable.

Do NOT ever stay here... EVER!!! Had I known then what I know now, I would have NEVER of made the reservation. 1. the hotel is in a shady area. 2. You get a contact high when you walk into the lobby because someone in there is having themselves a good ol time. 3. The room was NASTY! 4. There was hair ALL over the pillows and sheets as if they weren't even changed. We stayed not even TWO hours before we left and rented a hotel in Smyrna. We cancelled our room for Saturday, was told to call on Saturday to talk to Alicia, we called, apparently she was out. They said call back on Sunday, we called, she apparently was unavailable AGAIN, called back today, and there was another excuse. This is ridiculous. We should NOT have had to pay for Friday nor Saturday. If I were Red Roof Inn, I would take their name off this hotel because it is making their company look horrible. Customer service sucks! There was a woman in the lobby hitting her daughter upside the head, which inturn sent her across the room hitting her head on the wooden pamphlet holder. Do NOT EVER EVER EVER stay here... EVER!!! Red Roof Inn, get it together. I have a management degree and I could do better than this!!! UGH!!! I hate that the only way I can post is if I give a star. It doesn't deserve a star!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE! Terrible customer service, had us waiting for hours to check in because they didn't have any clean rooms. It's a run down dump in a horrible area. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Room I was in was clean. When the sun goes down, there's a drug dealer and prostitute that work the corner behind the hotel. I was told by the front desk if I leave at night, have somebody go with me... I stayed here back in July '15.

The fkn worst! I'm convinced that rodents manage this infested hoe-tel it's a nightmare. Poor rm services all Rooms stank af and smoked out nonsmoking my a**. Just burn this pos down and start over.

The employees were kind of rude. The rooms were run down. My sink had a huge crack in it. Had NO lock. The remote didnt even have batteries or a back and the phone had no cord so we couldn't use it even if we needed to. I wont stay there again.
