I love all of wendover's casinos especially at night.

Love this low key casino. Rooms are way better than expected for an older casino. Pay outs are better than I expected. Nice stay

We absolutely loved our stay at The Red Garter and Casino. The room was at an affordable price for a last minute weekend booking, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets and pillows. The Prospector restaurant was also very clean, moderately priced, service was wonderful and our food was great. We had a lot of fun in the casino. Service staff were very friendly and approachable. We'll definitely be coming back!!

I was there for five minutes to get a free beer. It was cool I guess.

Best place for breakfast in Wendover! Inexpensive meals all day. Very good! Our team ate most of our meals there.

They changed the Beans and Brews coffee to a new coffee place which is pretty good! But gambling sucks!! I never win!!! EVER... So the coffee and restaurant are the only reason to even go here!!!.. My opinion.

We wanted to get a room but it was a busy weekend and they were out of out price range. They have really made the Red Garter much nicer. It's very clean, the front desk woman was extremely friendly, and all of their games were updated. Really clean for a casino.

I stayed at Red Garter Casino with friends and family July 23, 2012 and will not ever advise anyone to stay there. I began taking things to my car just over an hour early before checkout, and when the maids seen me taking a suitcase to my car, they hurried in and stripped the beds but went through my belongings I was coming back for and stole a 24 dollar and change payout ticket from the casino and my 400 dollar smart phone. Management would do nothing about it. No more will I ever stay at the Red Garter or Nugget, they employ thieving maids and the management backs them up in their racket. I hope they enjoyed calling Mexico for three hours on my dime and had fun spending my 24 bucks. Red Garter and Nugget have a real problem with their dishonest employees and management looks the other way.

Ate breakfast there, reasonable prices.. played slots..that was fun...we will stop there again. Friendly staff.

Old and out dated even with remodel. Horrible rooms.

It's about the same as a motel 6. And there was not a lot of people gambling like in the other casinos

Love the Garter. Cheap rooms. Friendly staff, usually not too busy like the other casinos. Good coffee. Restaurants. Remodeled rooms. Best place to stay in Wendover if you like less of a crowd.

The Red Garter is actually really nice. We enjoyed there entertainment and food greatly. Will be returning soon. Loved every minute of it.

walked into my room and saw this! the first thing the little snit that checked me into did was call security?! guess she thought she was going to keep the $50 deposit they were so adament about. only being in the room 2 minutes when she called and told me she gave me the wrong room that was a non-smoking room. like it mattered! upon checkout of the smoking room the snit switched me to, the hag witch that was working that morning couldnt get hold of the maid so she checked the room herself and claimed the sheets were dirty and SHE ALSO tried keeping the $50 deposit! yeah when you spill soda on the bed they aint staying clean thats what washing machines are for! and how would you know their dirty to begin with IF THEY'VE NEVER BEEN WASHED?? gave a 2 star grudgingly only because i got the deposit back and hit one of their slots for $600 before leaving.

These guys thought they smelled pot exuding from our room. It seemed like a blaspheme at the time, but they did a decent thing by only charging a little money for the inconvenience. That earns a nod from me.

The red garter is located on the main street it has and old western themed restaurant. The servers are nice and friendly and the prices are low. Great food and great service

The hotel has been great I'd give it 4 stars. Very clean and comfortable rooms. On the other hand the cafe has to have the worst customer service that I've ever experienced in my life. I ate there twice during my stay and I'll never eat there again. The food was good but both waiters that I had took way too long to get back with what you were asking for. The second one really done it in for me. We had to change what we ordered 3 times cause they didn't have it but he didn't know that till after he went to the kitchen, plus they decided to clean out the fryer at noon when 90% of the menu requires the fryer real smart people. Hotel great cafe I'd give a zero.

Red Garter has Rude Rude Rude guest services! First time staying here. I usually stay at the Peppemill on average, once a month. This happened to be beer fest weekend 2017 so there were no vacancies at last minute
For over $100. per night, Red Garter's rooms don't include a fridge or microwave. I travel often and have never had to sleep in a bed with a stained duvet. Horrible experience. For now on my play time money will be spent elsewhere.

They recently remodeled their rooms and they look excellent.

Non smoking room smelled as if someone was sitting in the room smoking while we were there. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Don't believe the view of your room when booking. Our view was of our same building with just a sidewalk separating us. People were running up and down the hall at all hours and when asked for help staff never seemed to care.

Nice place to stay. Great coupons at check-in. Room was clean.

Great staff. Most tables weren't open though. Hard to get an open table.

The food tasted alright. Could be better. The waiters who worked there doesn't seem to know much about what they are serving. They will have to work on that.

It was my first trip to here. I like it cause it's a old casino. The machines are updated of course. And I see plenty of machines that I love playing available here. I didn't stay the night so I don't have any idea how the rooms are. And I didn't see anything where kids could enjoy themselves while adults could enjoy the casino. My opinion is Wendover is more of a adult getaway than a family gateway. None of these casinos there have fun activities for kids to do. One does, but it's a very small arcade and expensive to play them. They get bored very easy....work on building a fun arcade room.

Food was better than average but service was terrible got our food and never saw the waitress again .I even had to find someone to get our waitress to give us our bill. Seems that everybody that works there is very unhappy..no smiles no one seemed to care.

It was good. Fun gambling and good rooms for a decent price

So quiet, I like what they've done with the place. Haven't stayed here yet. But the room's are still cheaper than some of the other casino's.

They have turned it into the nicest place in town, friendly staff,good food,good drinks and fair games

Personnel was nice. Rooms are not that great they need to upgrade rooms like yesterday. Almost got electrocuted while trying to plug in my phone charger. Would never stay there again unless I have no other choice.

Brand new remodel with very thin walls and really really loud the whole night long. So if you want any sleep while here then stay somewhere else.

The service was terrible. Needed help with promotion, waited 20 minutes for help. They didnt once even ask if I wanted a drink while I played and spent my money on their machines. Machines were tight. Spin to win game; my fiance and I both won free drinks and waitresses didn't even check to see what I wanted to drink

Clean rooms. It would be nice if the ground floor rooms had a second set of sheer drapes to let light in the room while still providing privacy. With the drapes open, we were looking directly at the parking lot where anyone could easily see into the room.

Games are fun and the casino is bigger than i thought

Absolutely the most comfortable and friendly place in Wendover. The food is excellent, the slots are loose and the rooms are much better than I thought they would be. I recommend The Red Garter to anyone wanting to have a great time and win some cash! Marshall Tanner, Salt Lake City.

A very bit down hotel for the area, but probably the cheapest one as well.

Went to Red Garter hotel for breakfast. I wanted to try their special but opted for a country fried steak and eggs breakfast. My waitress wasn't very attentive and it took way too long for my meal to arrive. I wanted to get hot sauce and another glass of water, but my waitress never came back until she gave me the check when I was done eating. I give it thumbs down for this eating establishment.

very bad service; they do not help you pray anything; I booked with Orbitz and they did not accept it; Never stay there..superheavy service.
