I have attended the 3-week Hotel Receptionist course and I can absolutely assert that it has been the best choice to introduce myself in the hospitality industry. It gives you many useful and specific skills and knowledges (Opera, check-in and check-out, handle billing, making reservation) that if you have not experience in the field represent a great start. Even if it is a course you can consider it a training as the tutors use a very practical approach. I will definitively recommend it to anyone eager to become an hotel receptionist!!!

I just finished the course of corporate receptionist at reception academy. Our trainer was Martin, and I can't thank him enough. The course was so well thought, I didn't want to end! So much valuable information and training in just two weeks. Martin is the kindest human being, and he cares about his students. I attended my Reception academy course at the start of September which lasted for 3 weeks. I had an amazing experience there and met alot of great people. My trainer was Pierre who I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to be a receptionist. I managed to find a receptionist job at a 5 star hotel at the Networking event at the end of the course! Would highly recommend to anyone!!
