Overall my experience was great! They made everything easy and effortless. Would highly recommend to anyone and will purchase from them again.

This was my first time at Serra Honda. I was here for service and was thankful that on the phone, I was informed the work would take a few hours so I knew what to expect. I couldn t be happier with Terri. Both her willingness to help and answer my questions every step of the way were greatly appreciated. I loved that she suggested and pointed out the bench outside where I could wait so I could enjoy the weather. Will be back!

It was great. John Livigni was very personable, but not pushy at all. Since this was my first time buying a car, it was nice to not be pressured into the deal. I felt like he was down to earth and wasn't trying to scam me over this car. He also worked around my mother's and my schedule which was not easy. Overall, he did an amazing job and I would 1000% buy from Honda again and recommend Serra Honda to others.

5/5 stars for Serra Honda. Burke was my salesman. He was great and was very easy to reach throughout the purchase process. He made things smooth, was never once pushy, provided me with all information I requested with rapid response times. I Was expecting the official day of purchase to be a headache, as it has been in the past at other dealerships, I was shocked with how painless the process was and before I knew it I was behind the wheel and on the road. Burke and all the employees I encountered throughout my experience at Serra were wonderful.

It is not often that I pass along this kind of praise for a salesperson. However, I'm going to make an exception in Glenn's case. My wife and I found Glenn to be almost like sitting with a friend whom you have known for a long time. We did not feel a single ounce of pressure to buy from Glenn. He answered all of our questions, brought things to our attention that we did not know, and created a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Glenn for a great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Serra Honda. This is the second car I have leased and both experiences have been nothing short of outstanding!!! I went in and Taylor Wagnon helped me out. Made me feel very comfortable felt like I was talking to a friend not a salesperson. All of my questions answered totally so I understood everything he is a true asset to Serra Honda. He had me handled in a very reasonable time and even helped me transfer things from one car to the new car. Thanks for everything Taylor!!! And also I would like to give a compliment to Serra president Tom Flory outstanding business man never got to meet him in person hopefully one day I will get the chance. Watching him on commercials and from what I have been told he is business man that everyone should want to model themselves after. He makes me want to be a better customer relationship person in my business. Everyone I dealt with when I got my car I ask them how it was working for him and everyone of them said he is one of the nicest people they ever met and great to work for. Terri was my service advisor and provided exceptional care and knowledge. She was able to explain everything that was going to happen during my service, answered my questions that another dealership brushed off about a chirping noise that I was hearing, and I felt that she genuinely cared about my experience.

I purchased my 2007 Odyssey, my 2014 Odyssey and now my 2021 Odyssey through Chad. These three purchases I believe speak for themselves. I could have gone to any Honda dealership in NE Ohio but choose to stay with someone who I trust without any hesitation to be forthright and honest with me regarding my trade-in value as well as the new Odyssey out the door price.
