If you are looking for IT sanity and found yourself at Reboot Computers, look no further. Here's my short story. With zero notice at about 5:45 PM this evening, David came to my rescue. He introduced me to a very inexpensive secure method of creating a virtual private network so that me and my employees can log into our office computers using MS Remote Desktop without opening up any ports in my firewall. He walked me through the setup process twice, and when one of the systems needed to be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro to enable remoting, he walked me through that process too.

I brought my CAD mobile workstation in to Reboot to diagnose some slow performance and have been very happy with their professionalism, capabilities, and pricing. They helped me configure my settings for maximum performance and I am very happy with the value they have already brought to my company. I will definitely be back for managed IT services and a new workstation build.

So, I brought in an old overly heavy monolith of a Dell laptop. I recieved an honest (to me) evaluation of the remaining lifespan and already knowing that Windows 7 support was ending, I decided to purchase another laptop from their shop with my old data transferred to the new one. I would highly recommend this shop and would go there in the future.

David and Troy were very helpful in diagnosing my son's laptop and their service charge was reasonable. I will continue to keep them in mind for all of my future computer needs.

Wanted to repair the phone charging part, was told that they will give me a call in couple day when part comes in , never got a phone call back. 1 week later I called to them asked if part came in, they said yes, I can drop off the phone and pick it up the next day, and they will call me back next day with the time. Nobody called me back. Called them again Kevin said that he is not sure if he can finish it next day, told me to call him next day, I called the next day, he said that he preferred not to open the phone because he is not sure if he can be on time finishing. They promised me the same day service, it turned out 3 days even with out trying to change the easy part from the phone. Will never come back there and will not recommend to anybody!

Gave David carte blanche on a new gaming PC build. As someone who knows little about the workings of a PC, but loves gaming, I just asked he keep the price reasonable and deliver on the performance. David delivered a PC like a proud father, beaming about how well he did getting me great prices on each component. I was more than happy to pay the VERY reasonable price on a machine that outperforms nearly 90% of others on the market (and I have the testing to back it up). Amazing work for a bargain price.
