I was there on 11/7/18 with a Samsung Galaxy tablet that would not turn on. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. The store was clean and welcoming. They were able to fix my issue and offered a 90 day warranty on the work they did. I found them by doing a google search and reading the reviews so I thought I would share my experience. I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Ed on getting my phone screen repaired for my Google Pixel 2XL. He came highly recommended, was personable and professional, giving me information on how long it would take for the screen to get shipped in (we had to order it), expected time that the fix would take, etc. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent in a defective screen and Ed needed to return it to get a good one.

I didn't realize that my eligibility for replacing my phone was coming up at the beginning on April. When I called Ed to let him know that I was going to upgrade to a newer phone, he wasted no time in offering me a full refund of the deposit I put down, which I appreciate greatly. I've seen many different businesses do anything and everything to keep the deposit on a technicality and that Ed offered it back to me without being asked means a lot. He has definitely earned my future business and I will happily refer him to those in my network. Thanks Ed!

THE BEST!! They got me in right away to fix my phone, they where able to get me all of my data back, and get both my old phone and new phone working!! Both Sean and Ed where super kind and easy to work with and went above and beyond to get my phone fixed and back to me that night! Also on top of amazing customer service the price was beyond fair, I have paid more for way less and the quality was A+!! Me and my husband will for sure be using you guys again! Thanks to you I have all the baby photos of my son and the first 4 months of his life that I thought I d lost!!! THANK YOU!!!
