Vanessa l Browne, is unprofessional, classless, and rude. I was waiting for my realtor to show me a property but she arrived first with other interested buyers. When I asked her if I could view the property with her and her group she refused since I was not seeking her services. She was extremely rude and slammed the front door in my face. Also her picture on her business card is deceiving. Do not use this company.
Denise Fulkerson gave us a call to see if we could help her with a move. We right away sprung into action and got a crew ready for her for a last minute move. We them followed our process of locking in that crew for her. Once we told her that she would have to put down a small deposit to lock in the crew she became extremely rude to us over the phone. She kept threatening to call the cops on us. For what reason she would call the cops on us I still do not know. She also told us how easy it would be to find out where we lived as if she was going to come over and hurt us. Denise please do not hurt us and please stop making up stories about us trying to strong arm you. We have never met you before.
Office is beautiful - almost 9,000 sf. Agents are very knowledgeable and Broker is greatly admired. Broker is very responsive and is on site - full of energy and they have a great Cafe for their clients.
We had incredibly poor luck with them. They seemed incredibly unprofessional and to be honest they could not have done a worse job. Started our property at one price which seemed correct for the area but by the end were sending us offers of about 20 percent of the original price. Sort of a complete joke really. I would suggest trying anywhere else first. You could not possibly do worse. In reading their other reviews I noted that the positive ones sounded more like ads they had written themselves.
