Had to call them late Friday night because I needed them to shut off my water from the street, there was no sign of where that darn valve was located (of course). Called them 930pm expecting to get no response since it was the weekend. They did answer and sent over a technician named Matt, I gotta tell you... Matt was fantastic, it took some time to find that valve but he never gave up, he kept a good attitude and was extremely kind to me. I cannot thank him enough! Huge shoutout to Matt and I am glad he works there. Also his partner who came after some time but unfortunately I did not get his name.

Aurora Water needs to elimate and take over ECCV.... ECCV charges $67 a month in fees/fixed costs before they start charging for usage. Even if you have zero water usage, you will still be charged $64 just to have an account. This is monopoly extortion.

I was so frustrated with the cost of the set fees of $68 for admin, sewer and the "water project." We've lived here for 25 years. How long does the "water project" take to complete? The cost of our water is so high, we can't afford to have a garden. When we did have one, our ECCV bill was over $300/month. Do you know how many fresh veggies we can buy at the farmer's market for that price? I called my local government and state government reps, as well as, 9 News Wants to know, but got no help for this company scamming this community. Someone is getting rich! We live in Colorado for Heaven's sake! Water is plentiful. It's not like we live in a desert state like Nevada! My local rep said I should get on the board of ECCV. I don't have the experience. I just want to pay a fair price for water. There's nothing we can do save moving to another water district. I think the water tastes fine and doesn't leave water deposits any more than other places I've lived, but the cost is outrageous!!! I wish whoever could fix this would get a conscience.

The customer service is great, and the field representatives are always hard at work getting us our clean renewable water! Rates and fees are competitive with neighboring districts and municipalities and their website is very user-friendly and contains a lot of great information about the district. Thank you for providing a life source to us!

Terrible! I have a graph on my account of usage and cost and the usage is much less during the winter months, yet the cost is the same. This company is terrible and its overcharging. I wish there was a choice, but we do not have a choice but move!

My ECCV water bill just keeps going up! There were DRASTIC increases, bond/tax issues that customers were not properly informed!, fees, outrageous late payment penalties! etc!

This organization should be INVESTIGATED! find out the salary increases the board accumulated through the years!, their junkets, etc. There might be some shenanigans going on!

Haven't had any issues with the service after 2 years. I did however contact them about locating jewelry that had been flushed down the toilet. Lauren took my call and was so helpful in tracking down her Operations team to assist. She contacted me with an update and was very courteous. Very appreciative of her and her team at ECCV.

The most expensive chlorinated toilet water money ...

The most expensive chlorinated toilet water money can buy. They charge $67 in fixed costs per month, before they start charging for usage. The fixed costs alone is higher than any water bill I have had with 9 years with Denver Water. To make matters worse, the water is nasty . We bought a water delivery service because nobody will drink the tap water. We will be buying another house this year, and if ECCV if servicing the house, we will take that into a negative consideration. Aurora water should really eliminate them.

I would have given it 1 star, but the extra star is because Customer Service is pretty good. The actual water however, is horrid. My monthly bill has never been lower than $72.00 - and I live in a townhome. Before I bought the townhouse I had Aurora water. It was good. Now I have to buy the best fridge filter and it STILL tastes awful and leaves the white crusty spots wherever the water might drop. I also buy bottled water because even with the fridge filter it tastes nasty. I even buy bottled water for my dogs. I would never give them that water to drink.

Please don t respond with understanding my frustration. I don t want your understanding. For what I m paying for water, I want good, drinkable water - especially when using a filter.

Over charges and gives no warning when turing of water to a house. Why wouldn't they knock on the door and all for payment? It send a letter informing if part for due bills? It's like getting your water from the mob. They got the address wrong and shut off our water by mistake.

Water two days out of the scheduled time because our HOA was upset about a singular dry/sun damaged spot. Recieved a notice the next week. Neighbors have watered DAILY for two weeks and have not received any notice, and I asked them. Horrible and biased company that doesnt care about customers since we dont have a choice to switch. Wish we had another option for a water company that treats all customers the same and provides quality water without nickel and diming its customers with "fees" that are raised each year.

When I first moved into my neighborhood and got ECCV water I noticed that it leaves a lot of water spots on all the glass in my showers. I emailed them and never got a single response about the quality of the water. When I lived right outside of Breckenridge and had Breck water I paid $90 every 3 months for water that never left spots on shower glass. I think it's overpriced water for the quality. They also over charge for sewer. when I lived near Breckenridge they charged the sewer depending on how much water you used.

UPDATE (May 2020):

UPDATE (May 2020):
Was able to set up autopay. Had a question about watering exemption for my reseeding, and was able to reach a real customer service rep Laura on chat fairly quickly. She explained to get it done by June 1, and we will be OK. Pricing remains high, but a much happier customer experience.

Charges $35 fee a month for waste water regardless of of actual water usage. Pricing was increased substantially when we had a drought a few years back, but the rates stay high now that we no longer have water shortage problem. Water restrictions from drought remain in effect just to impose controls (and fines) on customers rather than to promote conservation. They also don't have a good answer when inquired about the tacked on monthly administration fee or why it is assessed. Along with many added special project fees, this is the most expensive water supply I've ever encountered in Colorado.

The only good thing I have to say is the employees are very nice! The website is not user friendly , water is terrible and overpriced. Whenever I call about my bill they say they've had a rate increase . Seriously , like several times a year !
