I love this dentist and have been bringing my children here for many years. I highly recommend them! Always friendly and helpful.

My daughter has been seen at priority dental and they handled her very well! She was not excited at all to be there but they were super patient and friendly which made the experience so much better! Definetly would reccomend this business to anyone! Love the staff, great people!

The dental assistants are very sweet, the actual dentist has the worst bed side manner! I took my four year old here and I will never return. Instead of being sweet or trying to ease him she rolled her eyes and left not even explaining to him or I what was going on. If children bother you so much don't be a PEDIATRIC dentist!

Best dentist we have ever been to. They are professional and extremely talented. Friendly and very good at their jobs. We are glad we found them have been there for years and service is excellent.

I brought my 6 yr old to have his cavities filled and a cap on one if his back teeth. i asked the nurse before him going back what they used to fill the teeth, made sure it wasn't the silver fillings she reassured me they dont do that but his cap would be silver. I was able to stay with him while the put him to sleep and to the waiting room right after. An hour later my boy woke up they called us back. I took one look in my son's mouth and was mortified. I asked the nurse what the hell did they do and she explained to me they had to pull a tooth because of an infection. then told me about another tooth that needs pulled due to it being infused I followed up with dont worry about it, we will never come back. as I'm trying to love on my child, my blood is boiling looking in his mouth NEVER did anyone sit me down for a plan of action, never justified what they were doing. pulled one of my sons front teeth without referring to me. I would have rather an antibiotic been ordered than to pulling a good tooth. overall horrible experience, very unprofessional the dentist was the clerical receptionist when we had checked in. If you dont mind your child best interest or having them move these children like cattle then this place is for you. speak up parents, if anything is going to be done to your child they need to speak with the parents before hand but they dont have time for that. speak up for them I sure am and this isn't the end of it.

Who helped me was kind and did a good job but the dentist next to me was yelling and was very rude and unkind to the kid they were working on. I wouldn't take my kids to see them ever they don't know how to work with them

Got two fillings done here. They seemed extremely rushed and now three months later I can not chew without pain on both sides in my teeth where the fillings are. Very dissatisfied.

My granddaughter goes here and we love this place we always get in and out quick!

Been taking my little girl here since she was 3. She s now 10! Always have such a great experience with the staff. They are super friendly, and answer our questions and concerns with patience. They have always been gentle with my daughter & have great little tips and tricks to help ease her nerves. She loves it here. :)

My son has been going since he was 3 years old and he's now 11 years old. They have always been prompt & very friendly. The staff makes my son (who is very scary) feel very comfortable. His dentist is the BEST!!!

I have read several very poor reviews for this facility. I understand why many of them are poor but my experience wasn't bad - here are the CONS : the waiting room IS incredibly small, as is the entire building, very cramped and inadequate for the operation they're running.You will sit shoulder to shoulder with someone when they're busy if you can get a seat in the waiting room when they're busy. They do all kinds of procedures, from cleanings to oral surgery, and there are not rooms, just stations essentially "in the back". So there is no privacy, so just be prepared for that. There is virtually no where to sit (especially with another child if you have multiple )so if you're in the back where your child is you will stand uncomfortably and awkwardly. Dr. Kong DOES seem to rush, they ARE busy and they do seem to overbook (I went at 2 pm for an appointment for my child and it was so packed I wondered how the Dr could possibly see everyone in the office). She DOES rush through things, I didn't get a clear explanation of what would be done to my child until the DAY of her surgery and the explanation wasn't given by Dr. Kong - which is okay, but she stretches herself very thin, you can tell. I will say, communication and explanation is lacking. She definitely needs to spend more time with each patient, go into greater detail and explain processes more clearly. I was told I could be present for the ENTIRE procedure my daughter was being put under for, and then the day of, I was told I could only be back there while they put her under, yet another parent was present for their child's procedure. Just very poor communication and explanation of their processes. I was told the day of surgery the exact number of little things they were going to do and was only told that day they may have need to pull a tooth and place a spacer in it's spot. They were able to do exactly what they planned, so I was pleased, but still, they need to go over that type of thing at the consultation, not the day of the procedure. I wouldn't go as far to say to keep your children from this place, but just know what to expect. ASK QUESTIONS and if you're unclear, ASK FOR EXPLANATION. I wish I would have. However, there are PROS : The staff is extremely nice and helpful, my daughter went from having a phobia of the dentist to handling it like a champ - she was relaxed and calm the entire time and her procedure went smoothly. Also, the anesthesiologist was nice, informative and I felt comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing. They really did do their best to stick to their plan and were able to do so, I didn't feel like they were trying to create more work than what was necessary. The procedure was less time than I anticipated and I was pleased with how soon after she woke up I was able to take her home. The work (so far of course) seems to be good quality. My daughter was in absolutely zero pain, no discomfort whatsoever. I think many of these reviews complaining about shotty work maybe did not abide by their aftercare instructions, LISTEN to what they tell you and your work will last. A lot of comments complain that their children were "discriminated" against because they cried and from observation, they were SO many kids that were just out of control, sobbing at a cleaning. Many of these kids (no privacy) had never been to a dentist before, so yes, they were crying and carrying on which is distracting in small office, so these parents should probably accept some responsibility...
All in all, yes, there are things I don't love, but considering they accept medicaid and many places do not (my soon to be husband cannot have her on our family plan and her bio father does not carry her on his insurance) I felt like my daughter got her bothersome tooth fixed pretty quickly and smoothly.

Friendly, efficient, and left both my children SMILING after their procedures!

We love this place, they're so professional and kind. It's also not a maze and they allow parents to enter and leave as needed. They also took only 2 hours to get through 5 kids dental appointments. They offer general anesthesia services 3 days a week. They provided my younger children with character tooth brushes, and allowed me to hold my 2 year old during his x-ray.

My girls and I love coming here. Dr. K.W. Kong and Dr. K.A. Kong along with their staff are always caring and professional. I love that they have Saturday appointments. It makes my life so much easier. :-)

Went in for extraction & fillings. Broke off the tooth that was supposed to be extracted & just left it in there. So now I have half a rotten molar left in my mouth. The fillings are awful & my teeth hurt worse than before any fillings were done. Of course now I have no dental coverage and will have to pay alot out of pocket for another dentist to fix what they did wrong to my teeth.

Dr.Kong was amazing. First time there after a bad experience with a previous dentist! She was great and professional. I finally found a dentist I can trust with myself and my child. Atmosphere was great, front desk staff and the staff checking out were both very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to any and everyone that wants a knowledgeable dentist and an atmosphere with great attitudes!

My daughter 2.5 and will be 3 end of December and her first visit was today and it went great! She wasn t to happy about a teeth cleaning so they made it quick and just counted and checked her out good! Dr. Kong was great with her and so was her assistant! Thanks for being understanding and so great with her!!

I love this dentist office. We take my step children here and have for several years now. My sister also takes her children here. The staff is very friendly. I have read some of the reviews and cannot believe the bad things that have been said. Everyone i know who goes there and it is more than just myself and my sister love Dr. Kong and her staff!

Wonderful doctor and staff. My son needs to have extensive work done and braces and they have been extremely empathetic and considerate. Their bedside manner is amazing and office is clean.

Wouldn t take worst enemy there. Children were screaming and crying probably because they do not offer any numbing or sedation over a certain age they deem that day or week. They should not be allowed to work on living people!

Priority dental is a great place to take your child. The staff is super nice and caring. The wait time isn't bad very long, especially when taking small kiddos. They have recently expanded their building which is really awesome. The wait room is spacious which I think is wonderful.

Very caring staff and took the time needed to answer questions. They were very informative on procedure they were doing. My family was very comfortable there.

Daughter was put under for dental work due to her age. Anesthesiologist was amazing, explained everything thoroughly and has 33 years of experience. Dental work was done in about 45 minutes. They let us be with her while she went to sleep and during recovery. It did take a month and a half from the first appointment to get in for the work but no complaints.

The staff and Dentist are the best I have found. Always on time and very professional. Dentist does great work.

Nightmare experience. Went in for a simple cleaning and it was the most discomforting cleaning I ever had. I had cleanings in the past with hygienists that took their time and were as gentle as could be. I seen Dr. Kong and my cleaning was rushed. Not exaggerating, literately the fastest most discomforting cleaning I ever had, and again not exaggerating 10 minutes of the fastest cleaning I and my family has ever heard of. It was like giving a child the electric cleaning device instead of crayons and she would rapidly scribble your teeth with world record speed. The result was clean teeth, but I felt butchered. I would hate to think if I needed fillings. The staff were professional and friendly though.

I went there today to get my daughters extra tooth pulled not because she has a cavity. They called her back and told me to wait 10 minutes and come back so they can prep her. By the time I went back there they were numbing her, this is her first time going threw this. She was nervous and crying, she is 8. I was upset they didn't Communicate with me that they were starting nor care to have me back there. Won't be back. I don't see how legally they can start numbing or removing a tooth or anything without communicating with a parent first!!

I love the staff, technicians and dentist there! Everyone is very friendly and personable. I have two young children who they work so well with to make them feel safe and make it fun so they enjoy either teeth cleaning. Both of my kiddos excitedly ask when they get to go next! I would most definitely recommend Priority Dental for anyone looking for a new place to go for themselves or for their children.

Waiting room needs to be much larger. But my care and my sons has always been top notch

my 6 year old granddaughter needed a baby tooth pulled . she was terrified naturally. staff was friendly. it is a very small sitting room but adequate.
my issue was when she called to be seen i thought i was going to be able to go back there with her. i was told they needed to give her the laughing gas and then i could go back there. a few minutes later i hear her screaming. went back there and Dr. Kong said its all done!! the procedure was fast. my problem is i should have been with my granddaughter during this time to calm her.
the assistant said she came and motioned for me but I never saw her and i had waited for her. the experience could have been better. now my granddaughter doesn't ever want to go to a dentist again.

What a horrible horrible place! I took my eight-year-old daughter in today, She saw Dr. Kong. My daughter could not be put under anesthesia today because they did not have authorization from insurance yet so Dr. Kong asked me if I wanted to hold down my daughter while she ripped out the tooth! Needless to say, that did not fly very well with me! And she said this in front of my daughter who is already scared, it took 10 minutes to calm my daughter down and to stop shaking after we left that terrible place. Needless to say my daughter did not have any dental work done there and never will she!!

I ve been using Priority for a little over a year and have been more than pleased with my cleanings, and even had multiple fillings/ tooth repair that went well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

We had to take our daughter in for an X-ray after chipping a tooth. The service was great and we were in and out quickly. Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! I took my 3 year old to her appointment this morning (5/14/18) to have 2 baby root canals she went in just fine not a scratch on her came back out with a split lip, scratches around her eye along with a black eye. Called and spoke with the dentist that did the root canals and she seemed very stand offish and gave me no real explanation as of why my sweet little girl has a black eye!

super bad place, discriminated my 2 year old son just because he cried They told me they were going to see him until most of the patients left because his crying bothered them, they made me wait for more than an hour and half

This place is amazing!!!! The only dentist my kids choose to go to. The ladies there make my children feel comfortable and take great care of them.

Well my son was referred here back in October and we have tried to schedule an appointment but keep getting the run around. We play phone tag and it's gotten us know where and in the mean time my son has a cavity. So were going elsewhere.....

Very friendly with the kids. All the workers here know what their doing. My son had to have an emergency tooth removed and they made sure all the other kids were out of of the back so he wasnt bothered by too much noise. It went quick and he was better in no time. The dentist we saw was jessica and they were all just amazing.

I ve been coming here since I was 15. It s been over 10 years and I will never go anywhere else! I drive 30 mins every time but it s worth it! They re the friendliest and always lightning quick while being thorough.

I had a mixture of feelings about this place. During my daughters first visit, my daughter witnessed one of the dental assistants being scolded by Dr. K.W. Kong. This manner was unprofessional and should have been done privately. What was to be our second appointment, it was very hard for me to contact anyone to inform them of rescheduling. After many attempts of calling, the receptionist would ask if I was okay to wait on the line and I would be on the line for more than 5 minutes. I would hang up and call back again but instead of asking me to be put on hold, the person would pick up and put me straight on hold. Again, unprofessional. On our first visit we had several appointments scheduled so my daughter attended the 3rd scheduled appointment, we got there and the receptionist informed us there werer 3 others before me and if we would be okay to wait. I told her if it would be okay to go to the store and come right back, she said yes. We left and when we got back a dental assistant came out to the parking lot and said they were ready to see my daughter. My daughter was then sent to see the dentist and we were informed that shes not doing fillings today and was questioned where were we because she came out 7 minutes after we had left and we werent to be found. I informed the dentist the staff informed us there were 3 others before us and also knew that we had gone to the store. Dr. K.W. Kong stated she is not doing fillings today and asked to reschedule. And yet it was their staff who scheduled this appointment.
And the manner in which Dr. K.W. Kong had addressed this situation was very rude and inconsiderate of our time, so we had nothing done that day, my daughter wasted time away from school and myself from other priorities to have nothing done. I informed Dr. K.W. Kong, we will be going to see another dentist and she says, "Thats okay". Apparently, our business was not important to her.

The only positive feedback I can give about this place is, the Dental Assistants are extremely kind and very helpful, especially Ms. Rebekah White. I give names because I would like to give credit to where its due and this woman in our short time there made us both feel that our time with them was worth something.

Priority Dental is owned by two sisters, Dr. K. W. Kong and Dr. K.A. Kong, am not sure how Dr. K.A. Kong is with her patients but YOU WOULD NOT want to have your kids be seen by Dr. K.W. Kong!!

My kids hate going there. I finally changed their dentist. I seen first hand. She is not sensitive to children. I'm an adult and even I wouldn't ever go to her to get anything done. Nope, no way, no how.

Dr Kong is Amazing! And so her her staff. They have always taken very good care of us.

The building is very clean, and well taken care off. If we ever have to wait, it s because they are taking care of the person in front of me.

They have always done a good job letting me know ahead of time what we will be paying, according to my insurance. The check-in is easy, and so is the check-out.

All 4 of our children, my husband and I all have received care from this AMAZING staff, and don t plan on changing...

Been going here for past 10 to 15 years. They have a great new building and Dr Kong is great.I love them.

Priority Dental has a very friendly environment! There efficient and usually we get in and out quickly! I feel they address all my child needs and give him constructive criticism! Which when it comes to clean, healthy teeth our kids need all the encouragement they can get!

Been taking my kids to the Kong sisters for over 18 yrs and they have always been fast, courteous and great with kids. Dr Kong is also great with 1st time adult patients. Hands down best dentist's in town

I go here to get my 2 cleanings done every year. The building is small but it doesn't feel cramped and the atmosphere is very relaxing unlike some dentist offices I've been to. The staff are always upbeat and sincere and I have never had a bad experience here. Getting a cleaning and check up done is quick and painless and I always leave smiling!

Priority dental has gone above and beyond for my daughter and myself. Since the day I called to make the appointment until day of treatment everyone has been so kind. I couldn t have found a better place! Thank you all for making us so comfortable at a dentist office!

They did a good job cleaning my son's teeth and were gentle with him.

Came in for a walk-in last minute and was impressed by how fast i was brought back. I had been in extreme pain for the past week and my primary couldnt get me in. They took care of me here like i was there own. Overall great expierence. Dr. Kong was very nice and understanding.

Great dentist, the dental assistant that cleaned my sons teeth was a lil rough. They both complained a couple of hours later after cleaning of their mouths being sore. We have came here for years & that has never happen. I think see may be new. Overall I love the sisters( Dentist) and staff

My 3 kids and myself are patients here, and we love it. The office is very clean and inviting. The staff are all very knowledgeable and very friendly. We love this practice and both Dr. Kongs. My kids have had all kinds of dental procedures done. We are very satisfied!

We love this place and have been coming here for years. They are open on Saturday so she never had to miss any school just to see the dentist. My daughter has sensory issues and she is in and out. I would recommend them to anyone. I will be happy to have my twin sons to call this place their dentist as well. I also had my wisdom teeth pulled here. I felt no pain and was in and out. Love this place!
