Rachel and Tina have been dealing with our properties and it has been a welcome relief for us knowing they are in great hands. I had 2 rental houses with others but they were not looking after my places properly and got me poor tenants who did damage, so I moved to Remax where Nicloe Sloan looked after them for me for five years. Nicole was very professional, great at getting quotes, got work done in a timely manner, and most importantly got me great tenants. ReMax gave me my reports and deposited everything without error. When I sold my properties recently, I was so happy with the rental service I had received that I used their realtor, Sonja to sell my properties also. Nicole worked really well to give the tenant proper notice and ensure the properties were clean and in excellent condition for handover, as I live out of town. I would highly recommend ReMax for all your property dealings and Nicloe Sloan to handle your rentals - She got me great tenants and is someone who is on top of her game, and a great administrator which makes owning rentals easy. We rented through Remax Victory and had Kiana. There was no polite communication from the first day, a breach without discussions and attempted to have us overpay invoices whilst they were attempting to take them out of the bond. Overall, it was a stressful and worst experience.
I let out two properties with the Remax Rental team and have just sold one house and purchased another through their sales team. The teams in place here are professional and friendly. The team members in each field show a great deal of common sense along with their obvious professionalism. They are pleasure to deal with at all levels.
