Absolutely amazing. She is an asset to your company. I wish I had a property manager as dedicated as her when I had rental properties. She goes above and beyond. She really cares about her tenants, and I would say she cares about the owners just as much.

Kiana is approachable, understanding, and makes you feel comfortable. I really hope that she is my property manager for ever.
