Worst experience ever with Maryann McMahon (broker) at Remax Posh Realty they finally sold our home but they were very unprofessional didn t return calls or text. Didn t tell us when people were at our home, found a big water leak and didn t tell us for 3 days and didn t turn it off when we live 1500 miles away we thought we had left our place in good hands such a nightmare. The last week before we closed on property not a single return call or even a call after we closed only a group email sent thanking the title company for going over and above which they did they helped me because my broker and realtor were not helping or calling or even returning texts at all! She didn t even call my husband or I even after the transaction was over. So glad it s over. Should have reported to real estate board.
