Todd was our agent both buying and selling our home. We appreciated his home town approach and his ability to share his knowledge of the area. We had several other agents in the area that simply acted like they did not have the time to deal with us. He never complained when we called at the last minute to show us a property and he went out of his way to call us if he thought a listing might suit us. This was an outstanding experience to sell my house with Alexis. She was very thorough as she covered all the basis when it came to the paperwork and processes that went into the sale. One of the things that impressed me the most was getting a professional photography to show case my house. The other was her ability to have a contractor available to do the minor repairs at a very reasonable cost. Alexis Pierson from ReMax was wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and always available to show the house we were trying to sell. She was able to give us really solid advice on what to update to get the best price, and what could be covered by offering a home warranty. We live in another state from where the house was, and she was ON TOP of making sure everything went smoothly - we never had to travel even once. She was able to work with all of our repair people directly, and took a large part of the work of getting the house to market off our shoulders.

In the end, she made selling an out of state house the easiest process I've dealt with this year. 1000% would recommend to anyone buying or selling.

My wife and I got orders to New River from California and Alexis made the entire process easy! She was always available (even with the time difference), helped us sort through all the options to find the perfect house, and did video walkthroughs to let us be there . We found Kim Parker "KP" from reading reviews and it was a blessing. To start this journey we arranged to meet her while we were down on a vacation to visit our daughter from New York. From the minute you meet her you know that you made a right choice. She is a true professional who takes the time to listen to what you have to say and any concerns you may have. After telling her what we were looking for in a new home off to the races we were. So much for the slow moving pace we heard about people in the south are known for. (not "KP" , she must not of got that memo.) She showed us several houses to start and after looking at these homes she knew that they were not our perfect fit for our needs. She then stated I have one more home for you and I saved the best for last. She was right. This home was perfect. We could keep writing about KP but we would run out of room in this review.So we will end this review by stating she helps you long after the commission check is cashed and other realtors would forget your name. KP is one of the best realtors that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I was lucky enough to meet her when I was looking to buy my first home back in 2007. Not only did she help me through the entire process, but she went out of her way as a realtor to help me setup a property management contract through her office when I unexpectedly received military orders across the country. Now almost 10 years later I turned to her once again to help me sell that same house even though I'm still not living in North Carolina. KP is not only a great realtor but she's also someone who has become a great friend.

If you're looking for a knowledgable realtor, this is your person! We are first time home buyers (now owners!), dual active duty military with an 18 month old son. We decided to use one of our VA loans and she not only was able to know the process well and walk us through it, but also recommended an amazing mortgage company- RMS Amy Goss and our home inspector Kenji- that was more thorough then we ever imagined. She not only did all this but had an user friendly site for us to view homes while we were still in our previous duty station and Alexis was able to meet us on a one weekend we had available to fly up. She then proceeded to do our walk through for us since we were not able to make it on time and get all this done (with a low rate and bargaining on closing cost)in under 30 days so we had a home to come to for our family. To go even further in her commitment with assisting us having the best assistance and experience possible she gave us cupcakes from a local sweet shop to make closing on our home a sweet ending. There is not enough I can say about how AWESOME Alexis is!! For starters I m a bit OCD with bad anxiety, we are Military, had 30 days to be in a new home, we were first time buyers, and lived 5 hours away. Alexis made the process so easy and stress-free. She set the bar so high that my husband and I joke that she ruined it for us because we couldn t see our next purchase going so smooth. She really understands the ins and outs of military life, VA loans, buying process and people. Due to my husband s schedule and living a few states away we couldn t view houses traditionally. Alexis listened to our requests and sent us a list of houses within our criteria and once we narrowed the list down, she scheduled viewings, when she was at the house she would video messaged us while doing the walk throughs, she was so thorough and efficient it was as if we were there in person looking at it ourselves! After we selected our house, she recommended everyone we might need from a specific Loan officer at our bank, home insurance companies, and anything in-between to streamline the process. She also had scheduled and took care of all our home inspections, contractors, repairs, surveyor, re-inspections till we got into town and even after. We drove up for the day just to close the day before the hurricane was passing through and prior to she went by our new home to put any odds and ends left by previous owners in the garage to prevent any possible damage just in case, and after it passed she went by and sent us plenty of pics to show us there was no damage for a great piece of mind. She is extremely knowledgeable and really knows what she is doing. She was able to answer any question we threw at her, even some silly ones. She is so good at what she does that we had everything paid for and still got money back at closing! Alexis has been so amazing and still is, we trust her and her opinion so much that we have asked for recommendations from vets for our fur babies to places to eat and she hasn t steered us wrong yet. We couldn t be more grateful for choosing to work with and our experience with Alexis as we hold her in high regards and would (and have already) recommend her and her team to ANYONE who is looking for the BEST realtor who listens, cares, is efficient, a master of her business, and an all around amazing person! Alexis Pierson is the best, make sure to ask for her if you are buying/selling. She did a terrific job in finding me the perfect home in a short amount of time. I am an active duty service-member who was PCS'ing from Hawaii to Camp Lejeune, and was pushed back on the base housing list due to Hurricane Florence in September. Needless to say I shopped around for real estate agents and noticed Alexis had great reviews and was highly recommended. I quickly found out why she was so highly valued as she worked with me, around my schedule (Hawaii is 6 hours behind), and made herself available for questions throughout the weekend. She coached me through the whole process, ensuring I understood exactly what I was getting myself into. We narrowed it down to a potential list of houses, while I was in Hawaii, and the next day she did a video tour through facetime of all the potential houses we listed out. This is when I knew I was dealing with an honest person, during the video tour she was quick to point out discrepancies in the homes we were touring from things like potential molding, roof damages, and potential flooding damages that could of been sustained from the recent hurricane. From all the houses we viewed we narrowed it down to 2 houses and as soon as I touched down in North Carolina, she met up with me to show me the houses in person, and that day we had an offer in for the home I wanted. The next day the offer was accepted and less than 30 days later I have closed on the home. Being that the house was a new construction, and had no previous owners, Alexis was able to negotiate me taking possession of the home early by paying a low rent of $30/night until I closed on the home. This allowed me to save a good amount of money, and to start moving furniture into my soon to be home. When we did the walkthrough Alexis was there to point out any minor flaw she saw to the builder for them to fix before I took possession and even now follows up with the builder to ensure that my needs are being met with the builder. Overall a great home buying experience from a first time home buyer, and would without a doubt recommend her services to any friend or family. Thanks for everything Alexis!

Let me just say Alexis Pierson is HANDS DOWN on of the BEST realtors I have ever worked with. My husband and I live in Arkansas. When the renter in our rent house called us and told us they were moving out we new we wanted to sell but were terrified because we were so far away. Alexis made this process remarkably smooth. We had an offer within the first few days and closed shortly after. She was upfront and honest about everything. We could not have asked for a better experience!!!!

If you need a real estate agent, you need Alexis Pierson! She worked ceaselessly to eventually not only find our dream house, but negotiate several tough hurdles to make sure we got into it, all the while making us feel like we were her only and very special clients when she was undoubtedly helping many others at the same time. We lived 10 hours away by car and didn t want to make the trip more than about three times total. Not a problem for Alexis. She sent us links to houses she thought we might like and then she drove to those we wanted to know more about and streamed a live video tour, answering all our questions and showing us close ups of whatever we wanted to see. Any questions we had--and we had several hundred over the months we worked with her!--she knew the answer or rapidly got it to us. When it was impossible in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence because of the thousands of people who had damaged homes, she found us a contractor to check out and then explain one problem and an expert to diagnose an HVAC problem on the house we had gotten an accepted offer on but needed clearance for these issues to obtain the loan. She recommended excellent people to help us with everything from financing a loan (which we knew nothing about) to inspecting the house to closing the deal. She is personable, extremely professional, sincerely interested in helping people find the perfect home, and an immense joy to work with.

They have an awesome customer service portal which allows you to easily pay your rent every month and they are very responsive to any calls that you make to their office should any issues arise. You aren t just another number to them. They treat you with respect and kindness. It is very rare to find a rental agency such as this wonderful group

We are very fortunate in that we have this great agency to work with and the owners of our rental home are just as great. They have all been a blessing to us.

Being overseas, I couldn't see the houses in person and she drove out to several properties and took extra pictures and gave me her assessment of the properties. She setup everything from the home inspections to the attorneys for closing. She even found us a nice short term rental while we waited on closing.
