When I received orders to Camp Lejeune; we looked for a rental, but quickly decided to purchase instead. We worked with two other realtors prior to finding Kim. Being overseas, I couldn't see the houses in person and she drove out to several properties and took extra pictures and gave me her assessment of the properties. She setup everything from the home inspections to the attorneys for closing. She even found us a nice short term rental while we waited on closing. When I started purchasing investment properties, naturally I turned to KP for her professional and friendly service. Four houses later, she is the only realtor I will work with in NC.
