Alexis Pierson from ReMax was wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and always available to show the house we were trying to sell. She was able to give us really solid advice on what to update to get the best price, and what could be covered by offering a home warranty. We live in another state from where the house was, and she was ON TOP of making sure everything went smoothly - we never had to travel even once. She was able to work with all of our repair people directly, and took a large part of the work of getting the house to market off our shoulders.

In the end, she made selling an out of state house the easiest process I've dealt with this year. 1000% would recommend to anyone buying or selling.
