If you're looking for a knowledgable realtor, this is your person! We are first time home buyers (now owners!), dual active duty military with an 18 month old son. We decided to use one of our VA loans and she not only was able to know the process well and walk us through it, but also recommended an amazing mortgage company- RMS Amy Goss and our home inspector Kenji- that was more thorough then we ever imagined. She not only did all this but had an user friendly site for us to view homes while we were still in our previous duty station and Alexis was able to meet us on a one weekend we had available to fly up. She then proceeded to do our walk through for us since we were not able to make it on time and get all this done (with a low rate and bargaining on closing cost)in under 30 days so we had a home to come to for our family. To go even further in her commitment with assisting us having the best assistance and experience possible she gave us cupcakes from a local sweet shop to make closing on our home a sweet ending. We cannot imagine buying another home without assistance like this and Alexis going over and beyond for us. She is also a local and knows the area very well. Would recommend for anyone, from families, military, FTB to retirees. Thank you Alexis!
