She is a filthy liar. She will hurt your financial goals. All her good reviews are fake. You will hear from us soon. You are not going to get away with it.

If i can leave 0 stars i would. Do NOT go to this person. She is a complete scam, she will not be of any help to you. I found the listings myself, she misses apppintment and makes promises to you that she CANNOT keep. Beware!!!! If you need more info on her i would be more than happy to show proof of everything i have posted about her.

She is not responsive and full of B.S. Can not get the job done.

I'm not going to publicly bash a person who relies on this profession to feed a son, but I will say, I am very unhappy with the level of service received.

She comes off as a nice person. And I don't know if maybe she leads a chaotic life and that is the reason for what has gone on.

I have had the pleasure to work with Ms Lemus on a few real estate transactions and appraisal assignments within the last year. She has the professional accumin to expedite and accomplish the complex details that proved to make each tranaction a seamless and stress free experience. I would definitely recommend her and Remax One in the futures.

Marlene never ever gives honest answers about the agreement cancellation! I have to constantly call or text to see what to do next I'm wondering why don't you just send me the correct cancellation contract? So We will go our way and you go your way. it's been more then 4 months, dont answer my texts, keeps changing the story, I'm willing to stop the review if I can get the agreed cancellation or I feel lost and ignored I am SOOOO FRUSTRATED!

She seemed like a nice enough person. But then she just disappeared. Then I found out she lied to me a number of times. She didnt communicate offers for some reason.
I don't understand how she does this as a career.

Marlene is a real dishonest agent. If you are going to do business with her make sure an attorney reviews the agreement. I should have listened to the real reviews. She wrote all the good reviews on her profiles. Look at her Yelp profile under not recommended reviews towards the bottom. Working with this has been the worst. I am filing complaints with B B B and any other agencies.

I would not recommend this person. She screwed over my relatives for a large some of money. Very unprofessional. Even her response to this review is a lie. She is a clown she will tell her customers anything and she is completely detached from reality. She stole money from my relatives, went to court over it and still thought it was normal to ask them for referrals lol....
