I brought a key to have it duplicated, a standard key for a garden gate, etc. from the hardware store. This would initially take two business days. A week later, nothing heard, checked and the key in Amersfoort for a long time (?). Another week later called again; the key was now back in Zeist with the announcement that it was 'a very exceptional' key and the advice 'to buy a new lock'. Very annoying that I was not called about this myself, but had to constantly follow up and there was zero result after two weeks. In the end I went to the Key King in Utrecht after all. Less than a minute and 7.50 euros later, I was out there with an extra copy of my exceptional key ...

Next time I will go straight to Utrecht instead of wasting weeks at Securiteit.
