You will never, ever, ever find another real estate team like this one! Top notch in everything they do. If you email a question to Kimberly at 3am ... low and behold ... she has answered it by 3:05am! She makes sure her team stays on top of everything throughout the entire process. Customer service is beyond "above and beyond!" If you want the red carpet treatment, this is the team. Smooth, fast sailing, all the way to the close. I cannot praise this team high enough. There's just perfection all the way. Then, after all is said and done, they still quickly, professionally, with care respond to any calls and emails in the same manner they did from when you were just a "prospect." In other words, they genuinely do care about their clients.

I wanted to hire Mrs. Padilla, she was very professional at first. I sent her some documentation to support comps in my home, she became very unprofessional. She avoided calls and text messages. She left her sign and Supra at my door. I would not recommend this agent.

I am usually not one to make a comment or even at that a negative comment ,but this was a pretty bad experience for me. The fact that we got put off the house not once but TWICE. The first time we were scheduled to view the house and the very next morning of viewing the house Kimberly Stephens canceled the very day without even hearing our offer if she had already accepted an offer why schedule us to view the house to then cancel the very next day morning of. Then the house was put back on the market and once again this time we did get to see the house we loved it and we even wrote up and offer and signed and she decided to wait 2 days to even acknowledge it and that was only because we were very consistent in following up with her calling her and leaving her voicemails and text messages. Regardless I think she is very UNPROFESSIONAL because you can at least acknowledge something or reply to a text message everyone has there phone there is no excuses. She put a sour taste in my mouth since the very beginning. It almost feels as if she was only being in favor of one side and was being injustice. Kimberly Stephens is an unprofessional broker to my experience and is not consistent or has accountably she is unreliable.

I recently had the honor and pleasure of doing business with Kimberly and Katie in locating and purchasing my first home. I was very impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, courteousness and patience that they exhibited during the entire process. At times it was a rather trying endeavor and my patience and lack of experience were often pushed to the limits. They helped me deal with the process and were more than patient with me. Luis Garcia is a great realtor, will answer your phone calls or text within minutes. He went out of his way and put that extra effort to find the right house for me. He will look out for you and treat you like a friend. It s hard to trust a realtor as a first time home owner and new to real estate, but he is one to trust. Will recommend him to anyone out there on the house market.

The realtor who works for Ms. Stephens misrepresented himself. I tried to cancel a buyer's representation agreement amicably. He yelled at me on the phone and refused to let me cancel the agreement. I asked Ms. Stephens to mediate and she was not at all responsive. She did not respond to my texts for days, Citing that she was with her family on the lake for the weekend. Only when I mentioned that I would report her company to Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) that she immediately saw my text. Even after all of this, her agent (William Valdez) refused to let me cancel the buyer's representation agreement on friendly terms that we can both agree upon. Ms. Kimberly Stephens, as his broker, should have intervened. She did not! I had to report her company to TREC so that they can intervene on my behalf. If I were a buyer or seller of real estate, beware of this broker and her agent!!!

Spoke to the owner, Kimberly Stephens, regarding my interest in pursuing a career in real estate. Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable and a great resource for people interested in brand development and personal growth. Her passion and enthusiasm for her clients is obvious.
