If you email a question to Kimberly at 3am ... low and behold ... she has answered it by 3:05am! She makes sure her team stays on top of everything throughout the entire process. Customer service is beyond "above and beyond!" If you want the red carpet treatment, this is the team. Smooth, fast sailing, all the way to the close. I cannot praise this team high enough. There's just perfection all the way. Then, after all is said and done, they still quickly, professionally, with care respond to any calls and emails in the same manner they did from when you were just a "prospect."
