The realtor who works for Ms. Stephens misrepresented himself. I tried to cancel a buyer's representation agreement amicably. He yelled at me on the phone and refused to let me cancel the agreement. I asked Ms. Stephens to mediate and she was not at all responsive. She did not respond to my texts for days, Citing that she was with her family on the lake for the weekend. Only when I mentioned that I would report her company to Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) that she immediately saw my text. Even after all of this, her agent (William Valdez) refused to let me cancel the buyer's representation agreement on friendly terms that we can both agree upon. Ms. Kimberly Stephens, as his broker, should have intervened. She did not! I had to report her company to TREC so that they can intervene on my behalf. If I were a buyer or seller of real estate, beware of this broker and her agent!!!
