Abigail has been a family friend for as long as I can remember and when we found out that she had become a realtor we knew we had to reach out to her to help us sell our home.

From receiving an offer within a few days (btw, she holds the record in our books for getting a deal that fast!) to closing, Abigail made sure to make the entire process run as smoothly as possible. Always keeping clear communication with us and ensuring that we understood every detail necessary before signing any document until closing time. Having those traits are what made us feel comfortable with this entire process and if we had to do it all over again we would absolutely choose her!

Abigail has an amazing work ethic, always striving to make sure we are getting the best deal, and always kept transparency throughout the entire selling process. If we had a question about anything we weren't sure of she would always get back to us quickly ready to answer.
