I would not recommend renting from this company. I have had many of the same problems that other people here have listed. The houses they rent out look fine at first, but they are not properly renovated. They just put the same vinyl flooring and stainless steel appliances in the all the houses and call it a day, without fixing anything like the sinking floors, or leaky basements. They will start contacting you after about 4 months into your lease and ask you to re-sign for another year to prevent an increase in rent. If you say no, they will start showing the house, usually with only a few hours notice at least every week, and sometimes multiple times per week. Also, they WILL take some or all of your security deposit when you leave for no reason. I rented a house with very small area of grass in front and to the side, and they took out $200 from the security deposit for "Grass and Hedge trimming," even though I cut and trimmed the grass a couple days before leaving. I'm just trying to save some other people from the hassle of dealing with this company, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS.
