This is definitely a company. I've worked here past my usual 12month period, which for me that says a lot. RDX is a company that is continuing growing; usually as a company grows they tend to let older employees fall by the wayside in order to appease the newer ones. Surprisingly to me, that's not the case. The pros of the company is that it's family oriented-the cons of the company is that it's family oriented. MEANING all families have their ups & downs....though we have more ups than down we pull our weight (some more than others) to help achieve the ultimate goal. SUCCESS

I must admit, when I first began working with RDX, I was a bit skeptical because we were total opposites. With that being said, RDX is more than a group of people working together- it is a team that makes you feel like Family. They will do everything in their power to make things happen the way you need them to. Of course the main goal is Success ..... the customer, company & drivers. Keeping in mind respect, responsibility, professionalism, accountability, customer satisfaction & compliance. Thank you my RDX FAM. who manages to turn the bumpy roads into smooth pavements.

I was gonna work here but since I have my own authority, an opportunity presented itself before I could begin. However, my favorite cousin and one of my good friends do work here and they love it. I met Roman and Dee (the owners) personally and they really do care about you as well as their staff. It is a very good company coming from what I experienced and what my people tells me daily.

Okay, I don't know anything about this place, since I have never been there. But it keeps appearing on my app screen, wanting me to read it. Apparently Google thinks I have been here, but I haven't. How do you write a place where you've never been? So I didn't want to punish it by no stars so I gave it five, but you'll have to determine if that is really accurate.

Shady business practices. Willing to backdoor you to get your customer. Will fall out on your loads. Beware.

This company is great to work with! Smaller carrier, very family oriented, and they truly care about their driver's well being! My husband and I are both glad to be part of the RDX family, and Roumen and Dee have made us both feel right at home here! Eliana and the whole office team keeps us moving and is a great advocate for our needs! We look forward to being here for a long time!
