Dr. Alm and staff are all just wonderful. Very punctual and always friendly and thorough. Been a patient for many years and highly recommend.

Dr. Alm's office is well run. Great customer service and communication as well. Dr is knowledgeable and compassionate. He helped get my husband an excellent cancer care referral & the husband is 8 years cancer free!

Dr. ALM is always thorough and kind. Gets to the route of my issues and handles them perfectly. I m glad to have him as my physician. I never have any worries or concerns with his diagnosis.

The parking is convenient and the office and staff are very pleasant. My last visit, during the Covid-19 period took place virtually with Dr. Alm and went very well.

Dr Alm is the best doctor! He truly cares about his patients and is a very humble man. He knows his stuff and treats you like a human. He will always be my GP, even if he s out of network , I will pay cash before going to another Dr.

I have been seeing Dr Alm for over 25 years. He is an old fashioned doctor. What I mean by that is he actually listens to what your problems or complaints are. He does not send you for frivolous testing. He is a compassionate doctor and all-around good guy

They are accepting new patients with their new Nurse Practitioner Melissa Tobin who is Amazing. She is attentive and practical really supportive. Very compassionate with at 52 I have many COMPLICATED medical issues and I have NO reservations about this NP handling my care. The office staff is equally Amazing and,friendly and compassionate. Thank you for taking a stressful situation and making it a pleasant experience.

This family practice is absolutely amazing Melissa is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I was very grateful to find her after moving back to Reno Nevada it's a very frightening thing to have to start over with a new doctor. Melissa is absolutely amazing takes her time and truly cares. I also want to say that the office staff is absolutely amazing as well Lisa in the front office is always very cheerful and friendly and willing to help with everything and anything I ever need. Professional, caring, and helpful office staff, i have been going to this Dr for over 8 years. Dr Alm is one of the best Dr's I have been to. Going to the Dr is something I have always dreaded however this Dr makes you feel comfortable and actually spends time explaining what is needed and why. I would not go to any other Dr.

Dr.Alm is caring , compassionate , and extremely knowledgeable in his field , he has always taken the time to listen to my concerns, he explains what (if any medications) he is prescribing to me and why , he goes over each one in detail as well as potential side effects that I may have from them, he always makes sure my questions are answered , he makes me a HUGE part of my healthcare, not like some doctors who seem to get you in and out as fast as possible leaving an individual w/unanswered questions, and what the plan is .. he is a trustworthy , honest Dr. that in itself is so very rare these days...
His front office staff , and nurses are welcoming , and always have a smile on their faces, I haven t one complaint, I am thankful to have Dr. Alm and his team providing me with superior healthcare, they truly are awesome!!

Dr. Alm is quite simply what all Doctors should be, he is patient, keeps up on the medical trends and knowledge and always asks you if you have any other questions. In addition his online visits are prompt and punctual and actually work. . . especially in these current times.
Also don't forget about his staff they are awesome they return calls and work on your satisfaction, professionalism all the way around.

Since Dr. Alm has been utilizing telemedicine to facilitate a office visit has been a very positive experience. The benefit of not having to drive during these unsettling times has been a blessing. I was surprised to find out that I could still have my labs drawn via this system. I hope things will return to normal soon, because there are things that just can't be done via this system(i.e. physical exam, blood pressure, etc.). I also wanted to mention that from a time management viewpoint, I have never waited more than five minutes. It was much easier to navigate this system than I imagined. Thank-you Dr Alm and Staff,

Dr. Alm amazing and knowledgeable listens to you unlike other doctors! He and his staff are amazing.

Dr. Alm has been our family provider since he discovered my 21 year old daughter had an undetected congenital heart issue. This was missed by multiple doctors over the years. That was 17 years ago and she is doing great and we just love him. He took care of my 74yo mother for 10 years. He listens and is open to hear your ideas about your health. He is kind and patient and I just can't say enough about this wonderful human. And, he is an Air Force Veteran.

I can t say enough great things about the staff here! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I feel as though I am heard when I speak which is amazing. They truly care about you as a person not just a dollar sign when you walk through the door. I really appreciate the telemedicine visits during the pandemic. I have been a patient of Dr. Alm for 20 years. He is such an amazing Dr. with an amazing soul. He listens to me all the time even my little dumb questions. He gives advice and pointers on how to better your health naturally instead of just shoving pills down your throat. I went through post-partom depression after my baby and felt so lost, when I went to visit him I immediately started bawling as soon as he walked in the door and he was such a comfort to me. Also, recently my mom started going to him. Her Doctor of many years has no bedside manner whatsoever and she was on 20 different types of medication. As soon as she went to Dr. Alm he started to take some medications that weren t needed and got her down to 7. All this without affecting her at all, her HB pressure and Insulin levels have never been better.
