Good luck trying to get ahold of someone in the service department here. My mom bought a used 5th wheel from here with a 30 day warranty. I know it was used but RCD put band aids in everything that would only last for the 30 day warranty. So far their has been a propane leak, shower leak, black water tank leak, and the AC stopped working. Very shady company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Shane in sales and Tim in financing are absolute miracle workers! They were able to get us in the exact camper we wanted and we are LOVING it! Also, Jimmy did our delivery and he was incredibly helpful! Go see these guys and ask for Shane by name. You won't regret it! (One star was removed because of communication breakdown on more than one occasion wit the service department. However, Shane handled the issues for us directly. )
We love our camper but honestly customer service lacks. When we arrived to pick up our camper, we were there an extra hour and a half because of an oversight, we purchased the sway bars and they did not have them installed. The installer had to be called back because he had left for the day which was fine but my husband and I just sat there. Waiting. When we did the walk through we notice an area under the door where the door catches and the metal was bent. A note was made that it needed repaired and you would think they would have used the extra time they had it while were waiting to repair it but they did not. We have called several times and no one calls us back. Ever. There was also an issue with our warranty. Apparently someone else had previously looked to purchase our camper and paperwork had been completed because the warranty was in this person s name. When we did our paper signing, we were told to expect an email on Monday with our name on the warranty. We are still waiting. If you are good with making a major purchase and poor costumer service then this is the place for you.

We were able to find the camper of our dreams at RCD Sales at Hebron. The sales department took their time and helped us find the right financing and the 2 hour walk thru was very imformative for both my husband and myself. We took the extra advice and added precautions suggested at the time which made me feel secure heading out on our maiden voyage. I'll be ordering 2019 road atlas and other state park guides from customer service soon. This Sabre Silhouette is our new heaven on wheels!

Got a fair deal but ... Used RV had a large amount of fading on the nose cap (I've since learned that this is a flaw from the manufacturer in this year 2014 model unit). However it appears that they covered it up "well" with some effort of waxing (per salesman), but in about 5 days and some rain the FADE was back with a furry. Just wish they hadn't covered it up.
Absolute crooks who sold me a death trap over the market value. I drove away with a 1994 Class A with no rear brakes and 19 year old tires. Bait and switch salesman practice: Salesman comes in the moment before I sign to tell the other agent "I told them it's all been checked out and everything works". "Ah no it's not we don't check these", says the other guy. $10000 more and 6 months later I finally got rid of this nightmare by
selling it for A LOT less than I paid with thousands of repairs in it.
Our transaction was filled with misrepresentation and I came very close to filing a lawsuit, when I realized I just want to never have to contact them again. Avoid at all costs.

We purchased our used RV from RCD in April 2019. We got a good price and they went out of the way to help us get going. Over the past few month the RV has proven to fit our needs well. It has taken us some time to adjust to full timing, but I can not begin to express the happy moments we have enjoyed. I will share one great park we stayed at. In northern New Mexico near the town of Abiquiu there is a Army Core of Engineers park called Riana Campground. This is a beautiful park. It has water, electric for each site and a common dump station. We had purchased the life time senior, America the beautiful pass, for $80 so the park cost us $8 per night. We enjoyed hiking through the canyon on the low side of the dam where we found good bird watching. I will include a few photos. The first picture is our buggy at RCD in Hebron OH. The picture of the sunset is from the Riana campground, the other landscapes are from different areas with in an hour of the campground. If you are interested look under the Amazon reviews for RomoTech 50 gal tank, you will find a review I wrote for an addition I made to our setup that makes RVing easier for us in some RV parks. Everything went greatugreat we found out parts department never got parts for the hitch on in time for scheduled delivery date. It seems like parts didn't order parts when we was approved. Salesman was great to work with.

Will gladly take your money for a sale and heavily persuade you to purchase extended warranties. After that, good luck, they're not much for customer service after you cut them a check. They quickly move on to the next sale. I wouldn't recommend buying a valve stem cap for the tire on your RV from this place. Don't let the repeated chants from the salesman regarding how they're a great, small, family owned, christian company fool you into making a regretful financial deal with this company.

Let me say first, our salesman Brian was great but we will never go back to this RCD for service again! The reason they get 5 stars is because they tell you too and if anything is wrong they want to fix it first before you give them a review. Well you don't always know something is wrong until you drive and get it home. We have had a couple issues and instead of arguing with the customer, you should take note. (Ken) After leaving the Heath RCD, we went to Pataskala and they fixed the issue.
Had an appointment to pick up our new trailer on 21 February. The gentleman doing the walk thru was awesome. We pointed out some minor issues to be fixed and items that we were supposed to have and didn't. (tv mounts, slide toppers, back up camera(should've been put on at the factory), queen w/serta mattress, not king etc.)
Miscommunication #1.
Got a call February 26th that it was all done and to call and schedule pickup. When my husband called, it was actually NOT done and some of the parts had not been received. Miscommunication #2
So, hopefully we will be hearing from them soon. And we will definitely be doing another complete walk thru. To be continued.....
Bought a new 2021 travel trailer.got it home found several problems
Called salesman back he said let him talk to the sevice department and he would get back to me that day.waited 1 week called sales manager left a message to this day still no response. Guess they got my money thats all that matters to them. 0 recommendations here!

Helpful to the max! Michael, the sales representative, carefully explained much that two people with almost no RV experience didn't know. He conducted an ongoing inspection showing us how to check systems as we shopped and test drove vehicles. He was attentive to discrepancies found on used motorhomes as we shopped making notes for the tech staff to guide corrections. We would have no fear buying here. RCD Sales was a genuinely good experience. We found out our true wants were really smaller than what we initially thought.
My wife and I searched more than a year for the right value pre-owned RV. We finally found what we were looking for at RCD RV Pataskala. From my first phone call with Adrienne to check on availability before we made the two hour drive south, I knew we'd be treated well. Chaz took care of us on the sales lot. He wasn't afraid to tackle all our questions and deftly handled all the different offers we hit him with. (but no shoilets.)
Matt in finance worked hard and answered a week's worth of questions to get us the best deal. And, to top it all off, Charlie was immediately our friend on the walk through. The whole staff at RCD RV Pataskala worked hard and treated us well every step of the way. We'll definitely do business with them again!

My wife and I purchased a 2019 StarCraft Superlite. We love it. Our sales person Motor Mike was very nice and took the time to walk us around looking at all the different RV's. His professionalism helped us decide on buying our retirement toy from RCD instead of looking somewhere else. James in the finance department was very helpful in putting our loan together that met our budget. The other Mike that walked us inside and outside of our new RV explaining how different things on the RV worked. He was very helpful in explaining the Do's and the Don't's. I was trying to find parts for our 2012 Forest River Georgetown. I contacted 3 places closer to me in hopes of getting the parts and not one of them ever got back to me. I sent an email to RCD in Heath requesting the parts and within a day I received an email from there parts manager Trent, I told him what I needed he got back with me in a couple days needing more information because he had searched several places and wasn't able to find what I needed. I sent him pictures along with the vin and he was able to find my parts by going thru Forest River.

RCD Took a deposit from me for a travel trailer and then said that they sold it to someone else, and then later said that that deal fell through. They also sold me the travel trailer with a full compartment of fecal matter! Great service, not.

We recently traded our Class C motorhome for a new 5th wheel at RCD in Hebron. Although we had never dealt with RCD in past purchases, we have been RVers for over 45 years, so we have some experience in buying and selling the 4 travel trailers and two motorhomes we have owned over that time.
RCD Hebron treated us fairly and were a pleasure to deal with. The RCD receptionist, our salesman, the sales and business managers, and the general manager were extremely helpful in getting us a fair exchange, and we came away feeling that a good deal had been made for all of us. Although we have owned numerous RVs in the past, we were unfamiliar with the nuances of a 5th wheel, and RCD assigned an experienced RVer to walk us through everything we needed to know.
I will not hesitate to recommend RCD Hebron to anyone who might be in the market for an RV. RCD has treated us well.
I was expecting a pushy salesman but was pleasantly surprised. Stopped in just before closing and was still shown everything I wanted to see without any hassles or the used car sales guy attitude. Answered any questions I had without any BS.
My husband and I were at the Hebron RCD lot today,I would give the service department 4 stars,but not the sales department. We were thinking about trading in our motor home for a newer one ,but it was actually not nice as ours . It was shorter, didn t have a fireplace and everything that was wrong with ours was being fixed with the extended warranty, it had a few scratches on one side,but so did the one we were looking at.I was told you the sales man that the scratches on the one we were looking at was a beauty mark, but on mine major deduction. He nit picked mine to death while totally ignoring the major faults of the one we were looking at. Mind you everything in my motor home had be replaced or being replaced. They hadn t even checked this motor home to see if a thing work. But here is the best part they offered less than half what it booked for (even at low book) and wanted way over book for theirs: I hate it when sale men think I am stupid.
Sales Rep was informative and honest about condition of used vehicle. No false promises to sweeten the deal.., or pressure to make a sale. Refreshing.
Should I decide to purchase.., I would consider and recommend their dealership.

We purchased a used motorhome in November of 2015 and bought an extended warranty to "maintain the coach" The total cost was close to $4,000 for this. We never used a penny of it, until now. I thought our policy was for four years...some parts were, but the maintain coach plan was for THREE years. It literally expired, unused a couple of weeks ago. When I called to ask about it, I was told that the policy had expired and there was NO offer to provide any assistance. I don't need to drive two hours plus to be treated like that. I'll take my business to an RV dealership closer to home. Very disappointed.
Absolutely awesome experience!! Motor Mike came out to greet us within minutes. Listened to what we were looking for. Showed us what they had and made suggestions on what he thought would work for us all while staying in the price range we wanted. He is extremely knowledgeable on all things RV. Once we picked out what we liked we got to meet Tim the greatest finance guy I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He is up front and honest about what to expect and how things work like interest rates, number of payments, and all the little charges that come with financing anything. He had an answer for us the very next morning after we talked. Everything went so smooth. Then we had our "meet and greet" with our RV after they did the inspection on it. Once again Motor Mike was there taking us thru everything. Showing us how everything inside and out works and making sure we were comfortable with using everything on the RV. Then we got to meet the accessories guy, (i am so sorry i can not remember his name). He walked us thru anything we might need or want for the RV but did not pressure us to buy anything which was so nice. He explained how and when to do the maintenance on the RV, showed us diffrent options of things we could use and let us know we could always call if we had questions. Then Mike handed over the keys and once again made sure all our questions were answered, and he also told us to call if we had any questions or needed help with anything. We plan to always go back there for all our RV needs.

We traveled to RCD RV from Bar Harbor, Maine in hopes of seeing the all new Forest River, No Boundaries 19.5 travel trailer. We are first time camper owners and the experience with everyone at the dealership from our salesman (Motor Mike) to finance and parts was outstanding! Immediately after our purchase, we took our NOBO to TN and NC for a shakedown trip and found that as "first time camper" questions arose and phone calls were made to RCD RV, everyone was willing to take time and provide assistance! My husband and I brought our travel trailer here to get the wheel bearings re-packed. Great price. Great service. Trent, Jeff, and Dell were beyond helpful. They even re-tightened our hitch for us and helped us trouble-shoot an issue with our gas hose. This was our first experience with a dealership since we bought our camper from a friend. We will definitely be back. Worth the drive from Columbus!

Horrible place been in contact 3 times now the parts dept is never helpful always in a rush to get off the phone or gives misinformed information last event is what has prompted me to give a rating of this nature was driving for an hour to get to them to find out when I asked them there hours of business was told parts was open until 7pm when they close soon arriving and finding no one in the building for the first 10 mins to be told nope parts was closed and not only couldn't sale me the parts was was unable to sell anything accessory on the show room floor either I had intended to spend a sizable amount today but I will take my business back to Amazon seems they know there products and doesn't cost as much thank you for for not taking your time

I won't be going anywhere else for my camper needs. The have very competitive prices and the service is outstanding. We just love our new camper.
