Let me say first, our salesman Brian was great but we will never go back to this RCD for service again! The reason they get 5 stars is because they tell you too and if anything is wrong they want to fix it first before you give them a review. Well you don't always know something is wrong until you drive and get it home. We have had a couple issues and instead of arguing with the customer, you should take note. (Ken) After leaving the Heath RCD, we went to Pataskala and they fixed the issue.

Had an appointment to pick up our new trailer on 21 February. The gentleman doing the walk thru was awesome. We pointed out some minor issues to be fixed and items that we were supposed to have and didn't. (tv mounts, slide toppers, back up camera(should've been put on at the factory), queen w/serta mattress, not king etc.)
Miscommunication #1.
Got a call February 26th that it was all done and to call and schedule pickup. When my husband called, it was actually NOT done and some of the parts had not been received. Miscommunication #2
So, hopefully we will be hearing from them soon. And we will definitely be doing another complete walk thru. To be continued.....
