When you tell someone you re going to call them back, you should do that when you say so. Wanted to do business with this dealer, did not feel they wanted mine.

Great people to deal with, looked for a fifth wheel every where and found them to have the best price, friendly, courteous staff.

My family just purchased a new camper from RCD at this location, and I sincerely cannot say enough about the quality of service we received. Not only (after months of looking), did Brian find us the perfect camper, but he was also helpful in assisting us to find the right add ons when we did our final close to make sure our new RV could be well maintained from the elements. We are from the Pittsburgh area, so we could have had our pick of multiple dealers to purchase from. The kindness, family operated environment, and helpfulness we received at RCD was the absolute seller for us.

Once again RCD Hebron saves the day! We were on our way to a baseball tournament towing our camper when our electric brake controller screen went blank. RCD fit us in and installed a new one. Columbus people: the distance is worth the difference. We won't go anywhere else!! Evan and Jaren went above and beyond to help us get back on the road and get to our tournament. Love these guys!

I'm not sure about RCD overall but if your in the market for a RV see Mike in Hebron, OH straight shooter extremely knowledgeable and just a down right nice guy. I will be purchasing from Mike and recommend you do the same.

Considerate of our needs, they found us something that worked for our family and fit our budget. They treated us well despite our tiny budget and made us feel like part of the RCD family when purchasing our first travel trailer. We purchased our 2018 Winnebago Vista 27PE from RCD Hebron the week after Christmas. The excitement and satisfaction of acquiring Our Home on Wheels was coupled by the most excellent sales experience we ever had.
We first communicated by phone with Mike in sales who worked with us on pricing and even through his emails we could sense his dedication and sincerity. At the dealership, Shane in sales gave us an in-depth tour of the functions of the coach and all the mechanicals inside and out. Aside from being a most kind and conscientious person, Shane was very knowledgeable about the Winnebago. We also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Phil the director, Tim in finance, Trent who helped us purchase some supplies, and Candy who meticulously gave the coach a once over clean-to-perfection for our take home. The folks at RCD are like one big family just waiting to serve you and make your buying experience a pleasant one to remember along with your RV ing adventures. 5-star rating for sure! I can not speak highly enough about the excellent customer service my family received from "Motor" Mike and the rest of the team at RCD RV Supercenter in Hebron! If you live anywhere near this business, or any of their other locations, they are definitely worth the drive! We were in over our heads driving a 20 year old motorhome that had been sitting still used as an apartment for 4 years from Toms River, NJ to Surprise, AZ. We couldn't figure out how to get any of the systems within the coach to work correctly, despite paying a mobile RV service company over $700 to prepare it for us, and the Ford dealership we had taken it to in order to have the chassis gone through to the tune of over $1600 convinced us that we only needed to replace one of the six tires that all looked to be in the same condition to me. You might be wondering, why would this person even be trying to drive this RV they have no idea about literally across the entire country, stick with me, and let me explain. My father passed away unexpectedly two years ago. Hurricane Sandy slowed down their retirement timeline, and caused my parents to have to rebuild the home they had just finished remodeling as part of their retirement plan so they could move to AZ. My father's passing left no option other than to sell their house in NJ as fast as possible. Then we have to add to the situation, the fact that my mother used to run an animal rescue with her friends in NJ. They were especially active after Hurricane Sandy rolled through, so my mom is now the indentured servant to NINE cats and three dogs. Of course all of these family members needed to get to AZ as well, so the motorhome purchased as the temporary family dwelling during the hurricane recovery was our best option. We kept stopping along the way trying to figure out why we couldn't get the fridge to work, or why we couldn't get the tank to hold potable water, but just kept going because, well, NINE cats & three dogs aren't going to understand why they are being forced to cohabitate in an RV for very long. At about 8pm as we were trying to make it to the KOA at Buckeye Lake, we lost a tire. It was at that moment I found AAA RV does you no good in a large Class A FYI, so after calling around and finding an excellent mobile semi service company named Stonebreakers to come help us out, they ended up putting the spare that was in no better condition than the rest of the existing tires, because apparently 19.5 inch wheels are very hard to find. We continued on. 30 minutes later at about 11:30pm, we were pulled over, given tickets for no good reason, that's another story, but it definitely did not help the mental state of any of us. We finally creeped into our KOA spot at 2 am Friday 9/13. It was at this point that we had to make a decision. Find a place that could replace all of our tires, and service the coach on an RV, or buy a new one. When I woke up in the morning I called RCD. I explained the crazy situation I was in, and from the very beginning Mike was one of the nicest, most professional salesmen that I have ever dealt with. We drove in there with our menagerie and all, and they hooked us right up to their power there on the lot, gave us a very fair appraisal on our RV, listened to what my concerns were, and took me out to their backlot to show me the perfect Class C that was much more my size, and with an excellent price! Despite the fact that they had just received the Class C as a trade in, they got it ready really fast for us, found excellent financing for me, and even helped us out with moving our stuff from one RV to another. Every single person who works here is amazing! I have bought and sold many vehicles, homes, etc. I usually feel like I have to be guarded against predatory schemes in these situations, but NOT AT RCD! I could have easily been taken advantage of in this situation, instead I was saved! I have never had such an excellent customer service experience as I did at RCD RV in Hebron! THANK YOU!

I would give the zero stars, but that s not an option! They sold us a 25,000 camper that had slide problems, bad water pump, which made the floor soft and another place that leaked by kitchen slide causing all kinds of problems. We spoke with someone at RCD and said they would look into and have called several times and haven t heard anything back!! Do not buy from them they will rip you off!!!

Went to have warranty work rechecked because the same problem occurred again. They did not listen to our explanations nor did they go through the problem thoroughly to see if the system works completely.
