Great service both on the purchasing end and service end. Prices are accurately valued and you can pay with confidence. I was treated with honor, dignity, and respect. I looked for a car at a lot of places before someone personally referred RC Auto. Turns out the majority of their customers are referrals or repeat business. That's always a great sign.

Family has bought cars from here but I've only dealt with their service department. Normally I worry about being over sold on an issue but the two major issues I've had have been expertly diagnosed and cost reduced from initial estimate. Not only that, but both times I came in ready to spend a lot swapping parts and instead of taking my money they talked me out of it because the problem was simpler than I thought it was (common case of automotive WebMD). Can't recommend them enough based on my experience.

I was perusing the review for RC Auto and Craig in particular, for it had been a long time over due, to write my own review that is! Allow me FIRST to respond to Ms. Head - WOW - now that is what I categorize your comments, alas as SAD and hard to believe comments...

My family and I and over a dozen friends now including expats from other countries have used Craig and now Mandy for over 18 years! We bought our first vehicle, a Toyota Rav4 and we STILL have it; then went onto a Nissan Maxima and now we are in possession of a Ford Edge along with a Toyota i'M. NEVER have we had a complaint, on the contrary, Craig and Mandy have given us the ULTIMATE customer service. For our Nissan we were unable to meet up with Craig and so he volunteered to drive the car to us to test it. Then there is the time he helped a young woman starting her career (a very close friend of mine) from Alaska now living in Washington purchase her very first car and she still talks about the incredible positive stress-LESS experience she had with Craig. That was 6 YEARS ago! He was also kind enough to help foreign students whom I had met and were studying in California, because they needed someone to trust to buy their cars cash. He took a great deal of time to help them through the American process of buying a car and even guide them in terms of auto insurance (Thankfully he and his team have licenses to offer their services in CA).

The other favorite story of mine is when I called up Craig to help me help an immigrant family from France, who had of course NO American Credit history, and even with their Green cards they could not get ANY car loan anywhere no matter how significant their deposit was. BUT THEN, there WAS Craig - with a solution, also because he trusted me, he new he could trust this couple, and so, he moved the Earth not only to help them get their first car in the US but most importantly he succeeded rather quickly to find a bank that would secure them their FIRST AMERICAN LOAN...I still remind them how very FORTUNATE they were to have RC AUTO and Craig on their side, because I know all too well how hard it is to buy any such large item with no credit history as a foreigner.

My last favorite story is that I often am asked by strangers in parking lots if I want to sell our beautiful Fire Bronze Edge or the Toyota Rav4 - both are such reliable cars - of course my answer is no, BUT i willingly give out Craig's contact information at RC AUTO ...I have done so, with NO hesitation and continue to do so, for now ver 18 years. Some have asked me if I get some sort of kick back - my answer: YES, absolutely - BEING KIND and HELPING ANOTHER SOUL is my motto and in this case, guiding others in their quest to purchase or even leasing a car via RC AUTO - a trustworthy company along with the ultimate professionals such as Craig and Mandy worth sharing the information. Our long time experience with them has ALWAYS been (for my family and our friends) a simple, easy, non-stressful and even efficient experience - NO surprises, no extra costs...etc. Even their auto maintenance service excels in time and efficiency!

Thank you Craig, Mandy and RC AUTO for making our lives -- in terms of buying, selling and or leasing a car -- as simple as it is for me to cook a feast for 20 on a weekend! :)

Best experience buying a new vehicle! No pressuring, no nonsense! RC Auto brings in any and all vehicles you're interested in buying. Allows you to test drive the vehicles without them riding with you, educates you on each vehicle without bias, assists with financing (only if you want assistance) and handles all the details involved in a purchase. No need to negotiate as they sell at invoice. Can't say enough about the entire experience. Only place we will buy a vehicle in the future!

RC Auto is a great company from buying a car to service they are the best

2 of my 3 cars have been purchased here. It is the best place to buy a car ever! There is no gimmicks or sleazy car salesman tactics. There is no pressure to buy a car you may not want. They will help you find the right car within the price budget in addition to the features you may want for a new car. They are the only place I'd buy a car due to their honesty and strong ethics. Once a customer with them you are a customer for life plus they treat you like family. Plus the best brownies you'll ever have as a bonus perk.

Their service is top shelf. Ive bought over 20 new vehicles over the last 10 years including Mercedes, Ford, Cadillac and Nissan and no one came close.in terms of service. Don't buy a vehicle if the service is terrible. Buy here and you'll get better service then you've ever had elsewhere.

Purchasing a car through RC Auto has been like no other car buying experience. There was no pressure, no hassle, no problems. Tom looked over my old Tahoe while we were out test driving the Toyota. RC gave me a good price for my trade in and we agreed on a price for the Highlander. Everything was done in a timely manner. No last minute "price adjustments" to the bottom line. We have used RC Auto for years. They are always great at communicating the status of your repair/maintenance and helping to find the most economical way of taking excellent care of our vehicle. We trust them and so do many members of our family.

I keep reading raving reviews about RC auto and Roger Camping but my experience was very different. Yes, Roger appears to be very pleasant and is quite eager to share how he came to be such an "honest" car salesman. He "educated" me about leasing,etc. He was quick to advise me that it did not matter which car I purchased as his fee of $893 would not vary. He was also quick to advise me that the $893 was added to the "invoice" price and I should feel free to call/e-mail with any questions I might have. I knew exactly what new Lexus I wanted and would pay cash for it. After our meeting, I e-mailed him to ask him how the invoice price was determined and knowing that auto companies have rebates, did this include this. I never received any response after several e-mails/txt msgs. I then txted and said that since I was close to buying as my present lease was coming due I would need to meet to get a price. Imagine my surprise when 3 days later I received a "dear John" letter advising me that if I were looking for the lowest price in purchasing my new 2018 RX350 FSport, he would have to bow out. He then proceeded to tell me that a Lexus dealership would try to add all these options I did not need and charge for them. I just wanted a price. I could not get a price from him. When I responded with my surprise-again no response.
That was my experience. Very unprofessional. No response to my questions/calls/test msgs except for the one which was a "dear John" letter. I am not sure why he would turn away a cash paying customer. I am a professional (Medical Doctor) and Roger and I spoke how word of mouth was the best advertisement a business could get. The opposite is also true. I cannot recommend Roger or RC auto. He could not even give me the courtesy of a response as to why he "dismissed" me.

Roger Camping (RC), the owner, is fabulous. He's especially helpful for first time buyers or lessees. He's very transparent and thorough. Everything is explained in detail with no pressure or typical car salesman tactics which must people dread and become very annoyed by.

I love the true emphasis on family at RC Auto. I took my 3 children with me today to get an oil change and anywhere other than RC Auto would have proved to have been a stressful situation. Our experience today was great! Our car was taken back immediately and I then took my kids upstairs to the play room! There are comfy chairs, a tv and lots of toys. We watched a cartoon, played with toys and then the car was done. Amazing! The bathrooms are even stocked with baby wipes and diapers; so thoughtful!

Decided I wanted a truck and was driving off the lot in 45min!! AMAZING operation they have here. Very satisfied

I've been using RC Auto to repair maintain both of my vehicles for over a year now, after a trusted friend recommended them to me. Their service is excellent and I always feel like I'm getting an honest assessment of repairs and maintenance needed, at a fair price. I'm even able to get work done while I wait, using their free WiFi. I have not purchased a vehicle through RC but I will definitely give them a chance to help me with that as well, when the time for a new vehicle arrives.

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Mandy and Craig Rozen brokered a gently used Escalade for us and did an amazing job. Their service and attention to detail was very refreshing. They were efficient and always looked out for us as a customer. As a fellow Broker in Commercial Real Estate I was beyond satisfied with their negotiating capabilities and overall service.
