We recently purchased a townhouse with Ray white(Teresa) as the agent. They were highly unprofessional and had no empathy for us. Initially her behavior was good, but once we signed the contract, things changed. Once, she called me only to start shouting about me not sending an email, which was not required of me in the first place. On the move-in date, the house was dirty (spider webs, dust and worms in the house) despite having the cleaning clause in the contract. Not only would she listen to us but instead arrogantly said she can show a cleaning receipt. There were many more of such terrible incidents. This was our first home purchase and her rude attitude towards us at each step made the whole experience truly terrible. Ironically, the sellers were totally unaware of the rude behavior and were actually nice to us.

They send a reminder for arranged inspection in the morning, than cancel it literally 1 minute prior to the inspection time. I drove all the way to the property, waiting at the door, then had to drive back. Bloody joke.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tayla Wilson and her amazing property management team at Ray White Newcastle for the past few months. Tayla successfully leased 19 apartments for us in Hamilton. The process was seamless, professional, thorough and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her communication was second to none and we can't thank Tayla and the team enough for all their hard work. Well done and thank you so much!

Excellent and easy property management services. We purchased through Ray White Newcastle 7 years ago. I have then had the property leased and managed by them for the last 4 years. I have never had an issue - tenants are happy and the property has been well managed and maintained.

Over a two year tenancy, I have never encounter such horrible communication and deception from any kind of real estate agency under the property management of Casey and Alison. 82 weeks to repair an oven, failure to communicate to both Tenants and landlord, increasing rent during a pandemic. Don't recommend and suggest seriously reconsidering them as your agency

Horrible agents that fail to communicate on a basic level. They use illegal stand over tactics to strong arm tenants. I wouldn't recommend anyone lease, sell or buy from them

I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone in the Hunter wanting a property manager. They're super friendly and treat both landlords and tenants with respect. Bec in particular is amazing and I can't speak highly enough of her and her property management style.

I've had an excellent experience working with Casey as Property Manager of the property I was renting for more than 2 years. I have found her to be responsive, kind and fair. Would definitely lease through Casey again. Thank you :)
