Awful management. Hated this place when I lived here on my co-op. Ceiling leaked all over my nice clothes, shower wall completely fell down, power went out in my bedroom for over 2 months, electric was 200-300$ a month that I wasn't using.

The staff here including Susan and Ed our maintenance guy have been awesome Ed is very quick about getting to your concerns and Susan for dealing with any issues anyone has here apartments are very nice and neighbors are great only one thing we would want is some sort of playscape for all the kids here at Bradley court i would reccommend living here to anyone i know.
Find somewhere better. In my experience living here, the bare minimum was done to tend to your needs as a tenant. We contacted maintenance/management numerous times about bugs coming out of nowhere, leaky sinks, poorly run air conditioner, mean neighbors, and no control over our heating & the bare minimum was done to fix the problems. There were only short term resolutions (and by short term I mean 1 day max), after that they took it as a problem they cant solve. Before we moved in we also asked about maintenance to be done before moving in, which they never completed at all during our residency.
Core Property Management company only cares about making money & nothing else. The Bradley Court manager is a polite person but the company itself doesn't care about their customers. After you sign, you're on your own. They wont give you good business, will only give you bare minimum effort, & will try to take every dime you have. Avoid this place at all costs.
This is the worst place I've ever lived. Horrible neighbors blasting music day and night. The landlord did nothing about it. Mold and leaking pipes all over the basement where our " storage" units are. Took them over 2 weeks to repair my stove. Potholes everywhere. I broke my ankle on the property because of their negligence and they didn't care. I have a child with special needs who gets oxygen and medical supplies shipped often and they refused to fix the buzzers. Neighbors were smoking in the building, it always smell like smoke and weed. I complained numerous times. They did nothing about it which was very bad for my son's health. Now they gave me 30 days notice to move out. Which I am more than happy to do. But I will be taking them to court for unsafe living conditions. I will be writing reviews everywhere. Don't ever move here!! Only people who live here are criminals and drug addicts. They deserve 0 stars...
If you are not looking for fancy features and amenities, but will be happy with the $200 that you save monthly on rent & utilities, then this place is for you. The Apartments are a little old. 1,2 bedroom and town-homes are available. Laundry and storage rooms at basement. Free heat, hot water, trash removal. The heating can be a little ineffective in some apartments during Winter. Most units have an air conditioner in the living room and they allow additional A/Cs to be fitted in bedrooms. Carpet or Wooden flooring depending on apartment.
Going on 4 years living here & very satisfied! Spacious units, quiet tenants, heat & hot water included. Overall rent price is good for what you get! Highly recommend!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Susan was by far the worst manager/land lord I ever had to deal with. Moved out of there as soon as the lease was up. Everything always broke, nothing was ever fixed in a timely manner and I spent over 2 hours cleaning the apartment when we moved in. Mold and stains everywhere! Toilet didn t work for literally over a month before someone came and fixed it. We had to lift the lid and pull in order to flush. Stove would shut completely off if using more than 2 burners at a time. The complexes inside and out were dirty. Mailboxes never locked until about the last 2 months we lived there. We had to go to the town postal office to retrieve mail while the boxes were being fixed. I enjoyed the company of the crack heads that lived on the property more than I enjoyed having to speak to Susan or maintenance. Also, have been waiting a month for our security deposit to be returned with little to no communication from Susan s end. If suing her were worth the trouble and time, we d do it. You can find an amazing beautiful place for the price of this dump. Which we did.
I have just renewed my lease for a second year. I definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place. The cleaning of the hallways is always refreshing like a pinesol and everyone is really friendly who lives here. The rooms are very spacious and reasonably quiet. I have neighbors with kids and rarely hear them. Susan our property manager is always very helpful and willing to help. So, if your looking try here first. Also Windsor locks is a very nice area.
