You must try this wonderful restaurant. The food was very impressive and innovative and the service was great. I ve been in many place around the world and I can recommend that place.

A wonderful atmospheric place for good food and service.

Was there with a large group. Service was excellent, fast and friendly. Food was great as well, liked the whole "locally sourced modernised Finnish classics" thing.

The menu beak was a working entity, though it didn't offer great surprises. The appetizers and the main course became the favorite. A big plus for staying in the menu according to allergies. The service was friendly and professional. I recommend!

The experience is downright an experience! Very delicious food made from really high quality ingredients. The ingredients also come from the restaurant's long-term partners, who have many small farms! The service is also very good and the joy of the staff is conveyed excellently to the customers. A big and warm recommendation if you are looking for an excellent restaurant experience in Helsinki!

Excellent fine-dining restaurant by the boat harbour of Katajanokka. Nokka menu was brilliant and delicious including Baltic herring, emmer with forrest mushrooms, wild reindeer from Salla and finally, roasted white chockolade with flambeed cloudberries. The old brick warehouse with interesting and artistic interior is unique and cozy. Lovely choice to spend quality time with friends. Service is very friendly.

Our experience last night at Nokka was exceptional! Food was delicious, beautiful, and served by incredibly knowledge and engaging wait staff. Will absolutely be back.

An excellent restaurant, in a charming location. The ambience is brick, and a bit dark. The food is inventive, and locally sourced. I can't say enough about how professional and friendly the staff is. There is a bar where you can get some unique drinks. There are lots of different places inside to sit, you'll find one that suits your mood.

Nice service and good food. The service of the coaches created a pleasant theater atmosphere when the people who were playing well together during dinner were dining at the table. Food was, however, different compared to Restaurant Oloo, so it was 4 stars. I could visit again sometime.

Outstanding food, great service. Very imaginative dishes. Not a huge menu but it doesn't need to be. If there is a down side it is a bit pricey but not unlike other Helsinki establishments. Reservations are a must on Mondays!

I was here in July 2019 as part of a group of 4. We had amazing service. The server who waited on our table was truly world class, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Food was creative, delicious and elegantly presented. The location and interior space are top notch. Recommended.

Excellent food. Ingeniously executed, but nothing strange or artificial.

This was the best restaurant that I've ever been, the surprises after each meal was heavenly. The tastes were something I had never experienced before. Such a nice atmosphere, I can't say enough about this restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were always on their foot to help, we were struggling with the table cause it wasn't stable, after 30 seconds of trying to fixing it, our waitress came with a solution. Absolutely brilliant, well deserved michellin star.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch in this special place. Nokka mixes historical locality with contemporary elements both in the surrounding as in the dishes. We felt we were in the authentic Finnish world. Kindly served by the nicest people, in a warm and tasteful interior, enjoying honest and skilfully prepared dishes that you know have evolved through centuries of time. Classic and unforgettable.

Cozy and stylish restaurant housed in the old brown brick building immediately next to the waterfront on the Katajanokka island in the city center of Helsinki. Pretty popular with the organizational hosts to cater for their guests.

Traditional Finnish food. A rustic sailor-based design.

Truly good food. Service was a little lacking and the mushrooms needed cleaning.

Great atmosphere and tasty food. The kitchen saw through the big glasses and the chefs were nice to follow.

Very small portions and really small glass of wine. Taste of food and service was quite avarage but prices really high.

Just ok. Perhaps my expectations were too high with this one. Just about everything I tried was mediocre which was a shame because the restaurant itself is gorgeous and the location is great. I ordered a vegan meal while my friend ordered the elk which was too salty and needed to be sent back. The best parts of the meal were the bread and the charcuterie, the latter of which I highly recommend. The service was great from the person who brought that and the amuse bouche. We probably encountered 3 to 4 waiters during the course of the evening who did not ask how the food was, nor if we wanted dessert or coffee. The table was also not cleared before bringing new dishes. I'll give them another shot in the future because I want to like this place.

We stumbled across Nokka and had the most wonderful 10 Euro lunch special so we came back to try the other dishes. Wonderful setup inside with warm attentive service. Great wine selection too!

I rarely give a full five stars, but now it's in place. I liked the surroundings, thoughtful domestic raw materials, and beautiful and very tasty dishes. We had two more dishes in our three courses. Doses were good in size, so hungry didn't have to leave. The only small minus comes every time a changed waiter. For gluten-free foods, all portions are gluten-free and also offer gluten-free bread.

I myself ate a very good reindeer core with a spruce honeycomb and forest mushrooms. For main course I took the fried wild fish of the day; porridge with potato wafers, wild mushrooms and glass master vegetables. That was also great. My companion ate charcuterie, with me the same main dish, and dessert chocolate and velvet flowers. He liked the whole too.

A beautiful restaurant. The food is fantastic, great and punchy flavours with carefully selected ingredients. The service was perfect, insightful and prepared. Everything was executed flawlessly.

You get what you pay for in this case.
