I called the Watertown, SD Pizza Ranch last night ...

I called the Watertown, SD Pizza Ranch last night Friday October 2,2020 for a take out order and they told me my order would be done in 15 to 20 minutes. So I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order and of course it was not ready. It never is on a Friday night. So I stood and waited and waited and watched several take out orders being screwed up! And waited some more for my order. Finally after a half an hour they came out with my order and surprisingly it was right. Not so for the poor gentleman a head of me! They gave his order to someone else and had to remake his order.
I ve never seen such chaos and disorganization with the young kids they have working there.
Needless to say I will not be setting foot in that establishment for a long time to come.
I understand when a restaurant is busy and it may take a little bit longer for orders to get done-I ve stood and waited about 10-15 minutes longer always when I ve picked up food from there before but last night took the cake when it was at least a half hour!!

Had a horrible experience at the Springfield, IL location. Went on-line, filled out their form & requested a call back. 1 week later no call back. Went back on-line & filled out a second form again requesting a call back. Waited 3 days with no call back. Called their customer service line. Was assured I would receive a call back within 24 hours. Never happened. Called a second time and was given the same assurance. Never happened. Called their corporate office and was assured the district manager would get back in touch with me. Never happened. I used to love this place, but turning in my Pizza Ranch card & I'll go elsewhere.

I wouldn't even give a one if I had any other option. This restaurant clearly does not have a management team of any decent standing. The service is disorganized and shoddy at best. The product does not match the price charged.

Food was sub par at best, we are use to the one in Colorado we eat at all the time!, We were in Baxter in and decided to stop and have pizza with a side of chicken!!! We order a special pizza that wasn't out. Sausage, blah k olives onion soup. Not a hard one!!! We waited we waited and waited ate some very bad chicken soggy pizza and it never came out! So disappointed won't be back !!! We now live in St cloud we saw they had one we won't even try, I'll be in Colorado over the summer might eat there if I have time!

i logged in to order delivery, site said the store...

i logged in to order delivery, site said the store was closed.
Called the store, when the phone was answered i told them why i was calling and they said they had to put me on hold, where i stayed for 15 minutes. i hung up and called the store again where the actual manager greeted me and before i could say why i was calling she asked to put me on hold, i said i didnt want to be put on hold and she said she needed to put me on hold. i was on hold again for about 4 minutes before someone in the store hung up the phone on me, Such poor customer service i think ill just go to dominos.
Just fyi this is the store on 84th and center omaha nebraska

Bought gift card for my moms birthday it was shipped on 8/17 and as of today 8/27 no gift card, they said 5-7 business days, its late..they need to put on website it is mailed from other area than corporate office. And it takes 5-7 business days, i will never eat there again, just bad customer service all around
