Three stars but minus one cause the main waitress that serve us was terrible.
Food first, three stars because the food is not very impressive neither spices, cooking method or texture of the dish. The meat and ingredients are really good and they stop at that. Most of the food was salty for my taste and I had to send the main back. The better of the dishes maybe the house-made chacuterie, which would goes perfectly with wine.

With the price point, I expect better service than what I experienced. I had to wait for my friend so I got 30' on my own. The waitress showed me the table, gave me the food menu and then forgot about me. I was sitting without water for about 10 minutes before I saw her sight again and asked for water and drink menu. Throughout the evening, she didn't once try to sell any drink or asking how the food taste for neither of us. Other supporting waiter and waitress had been more friendly and helpful. At the end of the meal, another waitress actually finalized our bills and I saw the seller name as "trainee 1" so I hope that was the case with our main waitress. Otherwise, it would be so unacceptable for putting this price tag on this kind of service.

Would still recommend people here if they want to look for simple and staple Finnish cooking or would like to try good reindeer or elk meat.

We chose a tadting menu. Tasty, excellent food with excellent choice of wines, crowned with warm service. Very strong recommendation.

What an experience. Great food and very good service. It was a ' coincidence' I went here due to a work event. The waitresses were very friendly and that made the experience even greater. Definitely will recommend this to friends and family for special occasions.

Right by the water, good decor, and relatively quiet. Food choices have some interesting Nordic touches (e.g., reindeer heart) but portions are on the small side. Attentive and non-intrusive service.

We take a wedding day in the evening and went to the restaurant. The menu was heavenly good and so was the service. I warmly recommend it to other good food lovers. Five full stars from us.

The food was worth it's price but still expensive. The place was pretty quiet and nice. The menu didn't have much to offer. The desserts were delicious.

Food was good and beautiful and wines were carefully chosen to complement the food. Nice atmosphere and friendly service in general. We had a reservation and we arrived on time but our table was not available. We were not offered seating or drinks for the wait.

An amazing cuisine, all with Finnish signs, small farms and organic products ... they also have a tasting for vegetarians. The wines are very correct in their pairing. The service is 10, the waiters are friendly and try to speak your language if possible ... the place ... all of red brick .. creates a unique atmosphere

If you re in Helsinki, you go here!!! In all the world I ve never been to a restaurant that the chef personally sources the food that he personally hunted, and then hand serves to you. By far one of the most amazing dinner experiences of my entire life. The delicious food was complemented by the attentive and dedicated staff, you could tell the staff were passionate about the food they were serving. This is the model of what all restaurants should be.

The Food was amazing and I love the open kitchen View. It's a rare sight in Helsinki and I enjoyed it. The food was authentic and Nordic. We also got excellent vegan choices for my friend when we called beforehand. A place for everyone to enjoy. Definitely a more fine dining place.

Dedicated to "locally sourced" produce, Nokka offers creative (but not too creative) approach to Finnish cuisine. Fine dining in relaxed atmosphere.

An absolute delight, the location and decor are top of the line. The food is lovingly crafted and delicious. The staff is uneven, but at best very welcoming. High recommendation, if money is not tight.

Heips. We got to attend the wedding and the evening event was held at Restaurant Nokka. The restaurant is so awesome already when you step in so you feel its peace and dignity right away. The appetizer is very good and suitably seasoned cauliflower and yeast bread (just the best). The main course was duck which was suitably crispy and the dessert was ice cream + a small bun of cinnamon and apple sauce. Of course, the wedding cake was also tasted last. The waiters were friendly and knowledgeable. ISO thanks again to Nokian staff.

Definitely my favorite restaurant in Helsinki, always good service. The food is always fresh and really good. I ate the best terrible thing of my life here. The beak also makes vegans really high quality and fresh food. It is also such a nice place, the atmosphere is comfortable and the price level is very good compared to the food.

The food was delicious! I had the vegatarian option with non alcoholic drinks. It was a great way to get a taste of the Finnish Kitchen and culture. This is a restaurant which is a bit more expensive but definately worth it.

Good tastes and a cozy environment. The points were lowered by the unprofessional behavior of the waitress who directed us to the table and the fact that he completely forgot us at the table: the menus took more than half an hour to get to the table. There was not even water on the table. Fortunately, that person no longer served us after the remark, and we received good and prompt service after that.

Never had to be disappointed. The staff is extremely professional and the dishes are mind-boggling!

Menu green was a bit unnecessary. It would be nice to have a lighter menu or a smaller serving size. However, there were 2 more kitchen greetings and bread, which was a nice thing in itself. The drink list is good.

Excellent restaurant with atmosphere and food. Was the budget about 10,000 yen per person? We enjoyed Finnish stylish dishes on the course. The shopkeeper was kind and gave me some menus when I requested to see the menus to look back on the course after meals.

The place is amazing! Great location, nice ambience, great staff! I highly recommend the place! You must wondering why I gave it a two star review then?

I ordered salmon the other day. The presentation of it was okay! The potatoes were overcooked and hence weren't intact in shape. The salmon had scales and some of them were on the lettuce as well. This is something one never expects from a place like Nokka and definitely not from a Michelin star restaurant!

I hope you guys do the quality check properly in the future!

A very decent restaurant near the harbour, the staff is nice, food is delightful,we ate 4 courses tasting menu but actually they will bring you more than 4 dishes a very nice experience.

It has a nice family like atmosphere especially the entrance room with a couple of very comfortable couches and chairs. The daily special costs 10 and was very delicious. Payment per card.
